I’m not on a volunteer fire department anymore but my days at work are still spent putting out fires and herding cats - the glorious life of a project manager. Creating and maintaining a work life balance has become first and foremost for me after experiencing the dark side of putting career before life. And I guarantee that self-taken picture of your biceps in front of your bathroom mirror is more impressive to you than it is to me.My life is an adventure of my creation, and I’m not afraid of taking big risks….like say, starting a business on the side, moving to another country, or figuring out what the contents of my fridge might look like in a pan.
