The glass is half full kind of girl. Always looking on the bright side. Looking for someone who's happy MOST of the time and loves life.I love coffee any time of the day but it's pretty much mandatory in the AM. When I have free time, if I'm not meeting up with friends then I've been known to enjoy hot tea in the evenings with either a good book or good movie to accompany me. I'm a sucker for romantic comedies and Indie films. I love seafood, sushi, and pizza. Not necessarily in that order. I prefer reading non-fiction mostly. I have a deep love for all the arts so if what we're doing involves something artsy you are pretty much guaranteed a happy girl as your date. Yes my pictures are recent (from ***and most of you always comment on how young I look. So THANK YOU! Just lucky to look a little younger than I am I guess ;-)I am a full time single mom to a sweet 7 year old. She’s an incredible little girl and will always come first. She does have a set number of weekends with her father so that is the time when I can meet new people. I will not introduce anyone to her until we have made a real connection and the relationship has progressed to a deeper level. 7 years old is just too young to understand “dating” in my opinion. I’m not flexible on this so if it’s something you can’t understand, please pass me by. In addition to owning/running my photography business I also teach a photo class once a month, and volunteer for a non-profit organization three or so days a month for a couple of years now. However I've started a new chapter and am now focused on a second degree. This doesn't mean I have put down the camera(s). What else... So just about anything outdoors. I am also taking ballet again, shh... Don't tell anyone or they'll ask me to do a pirouette for them ;-) I love all kinds of music and all kinds of places to see live bands. I love weekend getaways and try to travel somewhere about every 6 to 8 weeks. And YES, I have my passport! The most important quality for me in another is honesty. It’s not about not telling lies.     I'm a pretty positive, sweet, upbeat type of person...more the girl nextdoor type. I'm honest, sincere and a mother of two great kids who I am very involved with. I also don't see the sense in purposefully taking shirtless (or less) photos. I would love to meet someone who is not totally straight-laced or on the other end of the spectrum. I prefer guys who are a good mix in the middle. Someone who can lean a little in either direction depending on the situation and/or mood. If I'm not responding, it could simply be that I'm seeing something that is making me feel it might not be the best connection. I do wish you all the best of luck in your search for that special someone. Coffee or a beverage of sorts I feel is the best choice for a first face to face meeting.
