I am a recent breast cancer survivor and with that I have learned about what things in life are really important to me: a sense of humor, family, strong sense of self and someone who takes care of themselves. I am pretty active and enjoy running 5ks. While breast cancer slowed me down briefly it didn’t stop me. I am getting back into running and I look forward to trying other new activities. Disclaimer: I am not much of a cook but make a mean frozen pizza and don’t do the club scene as I’ve retired all of my spandex pants.
