I wear my heart on my sleeve. I'm sensative, caring, and would rather listen to how your day was than talk about mine. I will bend over backward to help someone no matter what it might do to me. I've been hurt a lot in the past and tend to be guarded behind sarcasm and teasing believing that a real man can see past that. I hate being called "Strong" but most people would say that describes me. What I am is a fighter, but sometimes I wish I didn't have to be. I am "Me". I am the girl that will wear pajamas to the Grocery Store. I am the Mom that will play Soccer with my Son and cheer at all his accomplishments and will always kiss and hug him even when he says he hates me. I will scream at seeing snakes, mice, and spiders. I will figure out how to fix what is broken from the toilet to the stuffed animal to the heart. I workout several times a week because I need all the energy I can get to keep up with my boy and he loves that I am strong enough to catch him and lift him in my arms. In reality, I'm a Mom. =) I have learned to accept that I'm not 19 anymore, and if GAP says I'm a size 6, then who am I to argue? What I want, what I miss, is the other part of me. Loving glances meaningful conversations and acceptance of me and all that I love.
