Hey there!I am a confident, funny, arty girl who loves to put herself out there and try new things, even if it’s hard sometimes…so I thought why not try meetville. Right? I work in fashion which is exciting and challenging every single day, but it is not the best place to meet a potential date….a shopping buddy or someone to talk about “Orange is the New Black” ... YES.... but not date.I lead a pretty hectic life, but I always seem to find time for a new adventure. It is challenging, but when you finally master a new step it’s the challenge that makes the success that much better. I love to dance and have been Swing dancing for about a year also. I only know half the steps, but that’s enough to make a few turns on the dance floor. Plus the guys are supposed to lead so why should I worry.I love being outside and I try and stay active every day. I am an avid cyclist and ride to work every day, partially because I love it and partially because it cuts down on gym time. I go to bootcamp every week, which is amazing, and I practice yoga to relax. Art, pop culture, history and film are also big loves of mine. Hot Doc’s is one of my favorite film festivals because it has the perfect blend of all these things. Plus you never know what you’re going to see that might change your whole day. I love wandering around a museum and TO has so many great museums. If I am really into an exhibit I can spend hours absorbing a show, but at the same time if it doesn’t grab me I can be in and out in 20 minutes. I share my place with my best friend Baelin, a Shih Tzu/ Bichon Frise cross that I adopted 7 years ago. He is just a little guy, but boy does he have spunk. He is mistaken for a puppy all the time and his personality puts a smile on my face every day.I'm looking to meet someone that has an adventurous spirit and isn't afraid to try new things and possibly look silly. A guy who enjoys some of the same things that I do, but also has their own life and interests that they can introduce me too. Someone who is smart, funny, patient and caring, that has passion for what they do in life and has goals for the future.So that is a pretty good overview of me and my life. I'm Michele and I'm a school Occupational Therapist. I have 2 children and they're my whole heart and my life. My daughter is 9 and my son is 5. I'm looking to meet a good and honest man who enjoys sports;; going out, spending time with friends and family, vacationing, working out, reading, cooking, and just someone who enjoys life. I love to laugh so a good sense of humor is a must. I absolutely love the beach, amusement parks, and water slides/water parks. You'll never see my children or I turn down an opportunity to go to any of them. It's great fun and we love it. I love most music, with the exception of country music. I would say that the Cure are my favorite as I've seen them in concert 22 times, but enjoy so many bands, and truly love going to concerts. I'm always listening to 88.5 to catch a new artist/band. My happy song is "Sweet Disposition". Always puts a smile on my face, and I crank it up. My children share my love for music as I played everything on my belly all through both pregnancies. There taste is superb for 5 and 9. :)) My favorite foods are Italian ***Italian and ***Irish and my Italian grandmother taught me how to cook starting at 8 years old), Sushi, Turkish/Kurdish (I've been to Istanbul 4 times in the last 3 years, and other than Istanbul itself the best Turkish food I've had is made by my dear Turkish friend and neighbor) and Spanish. It's a small hole in the wall, but the very best Spanish food you'll ever eat. :***Now here's the disclaimer: If you love other teams, especially one in our division, then it's a deal breaker. And Cowgirl fans need not respond. :)Bonus points to anyone who can tell me the song the line at the top of my profile comes from. Also, the Airborne Toxic Event does a great cover of "Goodbye Horses". I see meetville has made the very lousy decision to now charge people upgrade fees in order to temporarily hide their profile. So, I am "editing" my profile until I decide to use this site again. Very disappointed someone has decided to "remove" a feature from a "free" site that already existed. Btw, I only added the extra criticism when I was given the message I am required to make this message longer. You really cannot know how you feel about someone until you meet them in person. So I think it's best to schedule a very casual meet-up and then decide if you want to keep talking or plan future dates, rather than talk and *** and be disappointed. Nothing too serious at first - no one likes an awkward first date that never seems to end...
