I enjoy good conversation with a few laughs, reading. I have a good sense of humor. I want what no one admits they want - having someone accept you for you, being me from day one to the last day.

Little sad leaving the most amazing place that I have ever lived but hoping to find some good people to hang out with and enjoy being so close to D.C.I believe in being completely honest with everyone no matter what. I'm trustworthy, adventurous, love to travel, independent, sarcastic, sometimes goofy, laid back, always smiling, very rarely get angry, and just a happy-go-lucky person. My friends and family are extremely important to me especially when you need them the most. Would love to find someone who loves the ocean just as much as I do, loves to travel and experience new things, can laugh at himself and me of course, honest, trustworthy, loyal, laid back, no games or drama. Take a chance and say hello!! Meeting someone for the first time something simple like coffee, drinks, or ice cream and see how it goes.

I tend to come off as a little intimidating if you haven't spoken to me. When you get to know me, you find out I'm not as intimidating as you first thought. You will find out that I'm a sports fanatic. I love football (Gators/Dolphins), baseball (Braves/Red Sox), and basketball (Celtics). I'm a pool player. If you know how to play, challenge me. Just don't get upset if you end up getting beaten by a girl. :)I'm also into reading novels and writing. I find it rather fair for you to know the flaws about me as well. I tend to be overly critical, especially when it pertains to myself. Whoever came up with the saying, "You are your worst critic", was right on the money. I've been told that I can be a little high-maintenance. There are certain things that I like to be done in a certain way. I'm very independent. I'm the type of woman who doesn't need to be with someone. I want to be with someone. If I had to make it on my own, then so be it. I had an amazing grandmother who found herself to be a widower with three little girls to raise and she did a great job. I'm proud to say that I gained my strength from her. She was a great mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. I'm also the type of woman who is introverted as well as extroverted. Some days, I want to go home and relax. Some days, I want to meet up with friends for dinner or drinks. It just depends on what kind of day I've had. It's usually a coin-toss.Well, I think I've babbled enough in this section. If I haven't covered something that you want to know, just ask.FYI: No pic, no reply. Sorry. My ideal first date would start out as a "day date". I would love to go to a sporting event or go to a park to hang out. In that kind of environment, you realistically get the chance to see the person as who they are rather than someone who is completely nervous and somewhat uncomfortable. The typical date would be dinner and a movie. Bad idea! At dinner, you're worried about spilling food on you and during the movie, you can't talk. Save that for later if the "day date" works. Maybe both dates could be in the same day if two people really hit it off.
