I'm experiencing true independence for the first time in my life, and I'm loving every minute of it. Life really is a journey and I'm ready to make the most of it. I've been through a lot of challenges in my life, but I can honestly say I've never been in a better place. I love the Lord, and I'm confident that my future is bright. I have so much to be thankful for. I love to laugh and enjoy a great glass of wine. I cherish lasting friendships and would do anything for the people closest to me. I'm a single mom to a beautiful and happy 8 year old daughter. She is my monkey and my world. If that is a deal breaker, than it's your loss. I am a NICU nurse which means I take care of babies, mostly premature ones, and I honestly feel like I have the toughest yet most rewarding job in the world. I love people in general, and I get the biggest kick out of people watching. I love to read and would love to travel the world someday. I love to have deep, meaningful conversations and love to sit down with elderly people to gain just a little bit of insight and wisdom from them. I love to hear about others life experiences, triumphs and tragedies and what they have learned from them. I believe in learning from your mistakes and failures and not repeating them. I have an appreciation for literally every type of music from country to classical to old southern rock. I drink starbucks or dunkin donuts coffee every day...it really is an obsession..I love the FL weather and the beach but can also appreciate a cold rainy day if I have the luxury to be indoors. I love volleyball and the FL Gators..I love to play poker and I'm pretty good at it...looking for someone who shares my values to enjoy life with. I'm pretty laid back and up for anything. Going to the movies on a first date is usually a red flag because I think it's important to be able to engage in conversation and get to know someone. Definitely not looking for someone to roll out the red carpet...just interested in having good conversation and some fun.
