I love to laugh, and to make those around me laugh. I enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, swimming, star gazing, and canoeing. I enjoy cuddling with my dog on the couch by a fire and reading a good book. I love spending time with my friends and their families, having good conversation, adult beverages, cooking out and enjoying each others company. I love all types of music, and love going to see live shows. I love the beauty that life offers and every minute I want to indulge in it. I love the moments where you see something beautiful and you stop your busy day just to look at it and enjoy that moment because it helps you get through the day. I'm not a typical girl (I'm sure every girl says that) but I truly to believe this to be true. I have no problem getting my hands dirty working on creating something, or planting flowers. Id love to own a house in the country and work on fixing it to be more sustainable off what the earth offers us, living off the land is what they are calling it these days. I love gardening and planting flowers. I love fishing, and YES I know how to clean them.I have a BIG personality and I am a big beautiful woman. People never know what to expect from me as I may be wild and spontaneous, or I may enjoy just sitting and "being". I like to read and learn about human nature and try to figure out life, the universe, and everything in between. I don't do the "club" or "bar hoping" anymore, I really enjoy just sitting by a fire pit with friends bantering over complete non sense. I would like to find someone who enjoys finding those little places that aren't main attractions but have lots to offer. I love spontaneous road trips or random acts that make you feel alive (completely legal of course). I recently just completed a major life goal I set for myself which is obtaining a masters in mental health counseling. I finished it and now I am looking forward to setting and obtaining more goals in life. I have known since I was a little girl that I would do something to help make the world a better places. I've always wanted to open a non profit focusing on using non traditional counseling techniques to help children and adolescents. I have to take it slow so for right now my goal is to work on starting a small non profit to provide free or small scale fee counseling services. I want to help those who need a person to believe in them. I want to give back, because there were people who once believed in me. I don't believe in traditional dating where the guys is expected to do everything, Id like to see equality but I believe in the old traditions of a guy proving he is worthy. I hate cleaning, specifically laundry so if your looking for a typical house wife I'm not it, I can't iron your shirts nor do I care to. However Im very open about expressing how Im feeling, or inquiring about ones perception of me. I love constructive criticism as it allows me to grow as a person.I love MUSIC, and not the stuff they call music with no real lyrical or melodic content. Good music moves my soul and moves my feet. It opens my mind to new and innovative thoughts, and brings out emotions. I love live music, and a good camping music festival is always a great idea. I find it amazing at peoples abilities to take thoughts and create poetry and melodies to go with them. Getting to know a person, other than the surface level stuff is important to me. I don't believe in traditional dating where the guys is expected to do everything, and I like the notion of equality in the relationship. Taking me to a movie and dinner is not creative, and doesn't really allow for me to get to know who you are. Talking and figuring things out about each other is the best first date which ban be done by just sitting on a patio and talking.

    It might have took me awhile but I did the whole college thing, graduating with a double major. I'm licensed and ready to go, but I can't seem to find a permanent position in my field. I work two jobs at the moment to stay afloat, and probably will have to continue to do so for a long, long time. But honestly I love what I do***brings a new adventure and challenge each day and the other allows me to dabble creatively. Tv shows are entertaining for a time, but I usually lose interest after awhile. The few exceptions are Doctor Who and Sherlock; I'm enamored with British television. As for books, I'm a voracious reader. Nothing too ambitious or challenging to be honest, but I do read quite a few. A homebody who relishes the adventures of a night out. Quiet and talkative, all at the same time. A city girl who likes to play in the country. Generally intelligent, but academically lazy. I just can't seem to decide who I want to be. I'm not looking to be "the one" or fall into something serious, rather I'm looking to meet someone to have adventures with. I'm always trying to interject a little more randomness into my life and it'd be nice to have someone to try new things with. Meeting people is always interesting- they fascinate me so. It could be as simple as taking a walk at the park with the puppy, or as cool as doing some target shooting.
