People that are positive, confident, genuine, and funny are always a draw for me. If he doesn't laugh all night, it probably won't work out. Something involving drinks and good conversation is also a safe bet... unless someone ends up getting sloshed.

I'm doing whatever I can, now, to learn what I need to know to open my own bar later. I work long hours, but I have a set schedule and love filling my days off.I recently took up rock climbing and am in love - it's like being a kid on a jungle gym again!
