~Laughing until I cry is my favorite ~ I love to sing but I'm too shy to let anyone hear me ~..it's awkward and embarrassing and I'm pretty sure it makes other people uncomfortable ~ Music is my therapy ~ I will most likely kick your ass at any word game ~ I say a prayer whenever an ambulance goes by ~ I can't stand Gloria Estefan, and whenever something goes wrong in my life, I jokingly blame it on her ~ Most girls go for the bad boys, but I've always gone for the good ones ~ I think sandwiches taste better when they are cut diagonally ~ I love the Yankees but admit to only watching the important games ~ I love animals and every time I see one I usually follow it up by saying "I want one!"...And this includes lions and tigers and bears...anddd elephants because I think they are cute!!! ~ I'm still afraid of the dark ~ I think "your mom" jokes are hilarious and I will throw one out there at any given opportunity ~ I'm related to one of the world's greatest baseball players, but never had a chance to meet him (And yes, he was a Yankee) ~~~ I think all dance moves are better when they end with a sweet hanging robot arm ~ I love reading a good book, but also love my gossip magazines ~ People always tell me that I should have been a stand up comedian, but I don't like the spotlight and being on stage, so it will never happen ~ All 90's dance music reminds me of elementary school rollerskating parties ~ I fall up the stairs more than I fall down them ~ If you're still reading this now, I'm not gonna lie, I'm impressed~The truth is, I'm nowhere near perfect and don't really have any special talents, but I still have lots to offer in terms of love and relationships. I'm pretty independent and at times worry that I've become "too comfortable" being on my own. However, everyone around me is getting married and having kids, and these are things I have always wanted for myself but just haven't met the right person yet. I am well established in my career and although social work isn't exactly a "money maker," I love what I do and I make enough to have my own place, my own car, and pay my own bills. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends, listening to music, concerts, movies/TV, etc. I am more laid back in my free time and love to just lay low because my work is always so crazy and chaotic, but I still enjoy going out and having fun.While I tend to find the whole "dating scene" awkward and uncomfortable, I'm trying to put myself out there a bit more. I've always wanted to fall in love with someone who is also my best friend, because I look for the same qualities in both. Someone who can make me laugh until I cry is preferred, because laughing is my favorite! I want someone who I can talk to for hours but have it feel like minutes because we never run out of things to say. Someone who can accept my good and my bad while still helping me to better myself. I need a guy who can make me feel special, but still have a life of his own and respect that I have one too. I am not the clingy type and am totally cool if you need a night with the guys, because I equally enjoy my time with the girls or even just a night alone relaxing. I'm not impressed by flashy cars, expensive restaurants, or loads of money. I tend to judge a person more based on their character than what they can afford. At the same time, I'm looking for someone who at least has a good/stable job and can support himself. Overall, I'm looking for someone to spend my time with and eventually settle down.
