To start, I have been on meetville before but subsequently canceled that account as life got busy. Life has calmed a bit, for now, so I decided that a fresh start was in order! I'm 29-years-old and hold a dual major: nursing and biochemistry. I chose nursing as my career and haven't regretted that decision once. I run myself ragged at work and want nothing more than to relax the moment I step into my home, however...I am a single mother to a lovely preschooler and she means the world to me. I have been a single parent since the minute she was born and, again, there is no room for regrets. Prior to her birth I thought I knew what love was, but I was wrong; I didn't know true love until the moment she was placed in my arms for that very first time. I'm notorious for stating that I have two full-time jobs: nurse and mommy.In my free time you'll find me with my face shoved in a book. Reading has been enjoyable to me for as long as I can remember. I'm also a huge fan of utilizing OnDemand to catch up on shows that I had missed or forgot to DVR.D. are where we will be found. You will not find me camping though - I cherish cleanliness, showers, blow dryers and hair straightener, and while I do take pleasure in the nature that surrounds us, a tent or RV just isn't for me.Going back to the first paragraph, when my daughter enters kindergarten I too will be heading back to school for a Physician's Assistant degree.Overall, I'm a very extraverted person but am shy once I get to know someone well.Music. Being from the East Coast, I have a pretty dry and sarcastic sense of humor. I also tend to be a little bit blunt. If you don't like it, I'm sorry. My profile says that I'm a few extra pounds and right now, I am. However, in the past 3 months, I've lost about 42 pounds. I now go to the gym 6 days a week. So if you want to base your decision of whether or not you would like to talk to me on the fact that I'm kinda chubby, go right ahead. While I'll be able to lose the weight (and plan on doing so), shallowness is a quality that you probably won't be able to lose.
