About Me

I'm a professional woman, in an extremely male dominated field. Over the last few years I have been working hard to further my career. I cuss like a sailor, but I know when to be a lady. I pay my own bills and am not looking for handouts. Men tend to be very intimidated by me because I'm smart, headstrong, and not helpless like most of the dumb females (99% of them) out there. I need a man with a spine and a set of steel balls. LOL! I am SARCASTIC as hell and very outgoing. I hate shopping, drama, laziness, and dishonest people. I'm looking for someone that is serious about REAL dating. I'm tired of men claiming they want to date, when they only say that to bed you down. I'm not here to be another notch on your belt. I have no debt, no addiction problems, no children (other than my two cats), and I am laid back. I am brutally honest at all times and I expect the same in return. If I start dating you, then I will hide or delete this account. I hate the online world because there are too many men that continuously want to troll these dating sites (or Craigslist, you know who you are) even after they have found a good woman. If you always have your phone in your pocket, or take it to the restroom with you, that's a red flag to me. I don't hide a damn thing and I don't want to worry that the man I'm dating is creeping. Also, please be legally divorced, I don't date men that are "separated." I'm curvy/thick or whatever the hell you call it these days. Nice how that was not an option to select for body type. I take care of myself and stay in shape. I certainly won't blow away if a strong wind comes along, nor would I want to. I don't claim to have a perfect body, but I'm comfortable in my own skin and that's all that matters to me. So if you are looking for a skinny chick, keep on going. I DO NOT date thugs, cheaters, criminals, druggies (yes, pot is a drug), or men "in between" jobs. It's fine if you have kids, but not enough to field your own baseball team. I want children of my own one day. So if you are done making babies or don't want kids then I'm not the one for you. Going out to bars is not my thing. I enjoy cuddling up on the couch and watching a movie (Or college football-- I work long hours during the week and a few weekends a year. I need to find someone who lives close to me since time is hard to come by when you work a lot.I would like to date someone who is educated. I'm not saying that a college degree is a pre-requisite for dating me. I just want someone who can spell correctly (or at least use auto correct/spell check) and can write in complete sentences. Please don't send me a message that just says, "Hi or Hey!" Definitely don't try to "holla" at me, I'm not your "Boo" or "Shawty." (Evidently stating this information doesn't matter, because several idiots have still sent messages with one word salutations). Please be able to maintain a conversation with some intelligent questions or statements. If you have more hair products than me, I'm not interested. I don't want to wait an hour on you because you're trying to pick out an outfit or gel your hair. If your shirts are smaller than mine, keep on looking too. I'm tired of seeing men in shirts that were meant for teenagers. It does not make your muscles look better, it makes you look like a Grade A douchebag. I am typically attracted to men with a big build, because I'm a thick woman. I ONLY date White, Native American, or Hispanic men. No offense to anyone, but those are just my preferences.Despite what you may think of me after reading this short novel, I am a sweet woman. I have a big heart and love to take care of others. I'm very family oriented and want to find a man that values his family just as much as I do. I'm also mature. You won't have to worry about me blowing your phone up at all hours of the day and night. I'm very independent and I enjoy it. I'm not a Stage 5 clinger like the majority of women out there. I don't already have an engagement ring picked out, won't be leaving a toothbrush at your place, nor will I be saying the "L" word after the first week of dating. I'm fine by myself, but it would be nice to spend time with someone. All I ask is that if I make time for you, you find time for me. Weird shift hours and long hours on the job don't scare me away. If you're worth it, I'll be there when you need/want me to be. The whole statement about me being sarcastic as hell, is probably crystal clear by now. I can't help it, I speak my mind. If nothing else, I hope you laughed out loud or at least cracked a smile :) Please do not take offense if you send me a message and I don't respond. I get too many messages and I believe in talking to one person at a time. If you answer everyone back, then you cannot possibly figure out how compatible with one person you are. Call it old fashioned behavior, but that is how I am. Hopefully I can find a man that feels the same way! Dinner is fine for a first date. I like being able to talk to someone in order to get to know them. I definitely think that bowling, roller skating, or a movie is a good second date.
