They say you can tell a lot about a person by the company she keeps. Some of my best friends have 4 legs, and I wouldn't have it any other way! I volunteer for a local dog rescue, and there are always a few pups hanging around the house. I have one dog of my own (my 4 year old puggle) whom I absolutely adore. I love to take adventures, and include her whenever I can, be it hiking, swimming in the lake, or getting lost in the woods. The opportunities are endless! I'm a big music lover. Huge. I enjoy being challenged, in both mind and body, and am looking for someone who will banter, debate, and tell me when I'm wrong. :) I am quirky, funny, and sometimes awkward. I'm somewhat of a beer snob, a red wine drinker, and a wanna-be chef. I will drive 7 hours to see a band play if the mood strikes me. I'm can be hopelessly romantic, occasionally a bit reckless, live-in-the-moment, sing-at-the-top-of-your-lungs, laugh-until-it-hurts kind of girl. I try to live in the present moment, say yes *** no, and see the good in people. I believe passion is what drives our purpose in life, and I'm looking for someone who shares this view. I'm a novelist. I like watching different genres of film, as well as reading..There's only one of me :) lol.My tastes in music run the gambit, however, some of my favorite songs currently are Carina Round's Please don’t Stop, as well as Backseat, one day by asaf avidan, pink's give me a reason, ed sheeran and of monsters and men. I believe that love should be like a romantic comedy. Warning: Side effects may be laughing till you pee a little, sore ribs from too much hugging, and moistness in appropriate areas! and lips chapping from too many kisses. as you can see i can go either way with looks and mannerisms, but my personality is probably more on the femme side. I am ready to give my heart to someone who deserves it. A romantic walk on a beach, followed by a picnic, and perhaps some dancing in the moonlight. If not that, perhaps some sledding, hot chocolate, and a snow ball fight. During inclement weather, i'd cook for you, we'd share some wine, and maybe watch a video together. And of course, any of these would end with a kiss. what about going to the library and picking out a book for each other? Generally i am very spontaneous and would much rather pick beautiful flowers than buy them.
