Those kids and work can certainly suck the life right out of us some days but I am looking for my partner to be my rechargable battery at the end of a bad day or bad week and I would do the same for him. Reciporacation, honesty, generosity, leading by example, taking the higher road, self sustaining and trust I guess are my essentials. Hope that helps.
