I'm a hard-working, independent young woman who stands strong in the belief that you are solely responsible for your own successes and failures. I work a full-time job and part time jobs in retail/automotive industries. From an early age, I grew up around cars, that's what I know, that's what i live for and love. I'm a Chevy girl through and through - trucks though; I'm not really a car person. I own my own house and own my own vehicles (8 various vintage chevies, an old jeep, and a couple toyotas).I love cruising around listening to Red Dirt music, windows down, open road, just enjoying the outdoors. There's few things better than a summer day, going to the lake and spending time by the water - fishing, kayaking, or just dangling my toes in it. Whether on the grill, in the oven, on a griddle, over a fire, or on the stove, I'm your gal. I love trying out new ingredients and recipes. Rarely do i conconct something awful. My two fascinations are pirates and american history. The pirate thing started after attending a renaissance festival - the history behind original pirates in the ***s is fascinating - not just Johnny Depp. I have a whole outfit and everything. It's just something different to do. American history where the railroad was laid and the west was civilized is my main focus. The struggles between wild outlaws being civilized and native americans forced onto reservations, I just can't get enough of it. I enjoy frontier days festivals, ghost towns, and re-enactments. To some people, I suppose I could be considered a bar rat, I love the atmosphere at a select few of my local bars, surrounded by friends, seeing live music. I don't get wasted, I love a beer or two, but most of all I love to dance -western two-step and swing. Running is definitely a passion of mine (i've run a 10k and 10 mile race so far, with plans to run many more), lift weights (not to get buff, just to be toned and strong). Co-ed softball is also one of my newer passions, I've only been playing for two years, but it's a great past time to break up the monotony of having a career.I'm looking for someone who can love me and support me. Someone who wants to share their life with mine, without trying to take over my life. I've made it this far by myself, I need someone who is strong like me to help each other, push each other, to further ourselves and our accomplishments.Ideally I would like to find somebody with some sort of country/cowboy background. I love going swing dancing, riding in the truck listening to country music, or just spending an evening in the porch in rockers in front of a campfire. I love fast cars, slow kisses. I'm as much of a tomboy as I am a girlie girl. So far, I'd like to think it's kept me grounded and level-headed when it comes to the real world. I'd like to find someone with the same ideals. I'm a pretty low-key, laid back person. Some of my most memorable dates didn't cost anything. It could be a first date in the bed of a pickup reclined against the toolbox watching fireflies in a field and lightning off in the distance, just talking. Perhaps we could get gas station coffees and drove around back roads listening to the oldies country station. Something not so mainstream, where we can talk and get to know each other.

Well I think this is awkward but...I am a very down-to-earth girl who loves to travel. I played volleyball in college && try to play as much as possible. I love the outdoors, playing volleyball, running around the city, as well as going to as many concerts as possible. We're all after the same thing here, so let's start with the 'L' word. My capacity to love is great and I believe I'm ready to abandon reason and finally just love. You must be the right man and you'll know based on my actions if I'm hooked. I'm also a very independent person and I have a good idea of what I'm looking for...please bare with me. Traveling is extremely important to me and so is having a political opinion. An average weekend includes a couple workouts, sometimes playing board games, sometimes dancing (hello Masa 6TH ave!), sleeping in late, home cooked meals, reading... or driving somewhere to see the family. I'm a minimalist; no fancy cars, no prissy attitude. Guns, dirt and bugs are not a deterrent. I expect everyone to pull their own weight in life and I'm no good for pity parties. I believe dumb questions do exist and that positives can be found in most any situation. I'm also kinda frugal and I do expect to have a partner who is financially stable. If life gave you lemons, learn to market those damn lemons and don't let em rot. I like to bicycle to my destinations and grow my own veggies. Why ***of men on here are asking for a woman who doesn't take life seriously is beyond me. Move along if that's on your wish list.I love reading... for pleasure, knowledge, mindless ventures, it's all good. I don't like TV. I repeat, I do not like TV. Music, almost everything goes. Food; everything goes at least the first time around, but i can't handle spicy.BBQ is my sauce of choice; I love to cook... especially for and with people I enjoy. Nothing beats bumping into someone special in the kitchen as you whip up an amazing meal... Together...and enjoy it together.God has blessed me with a multitude of qualities, and likewise, a multitude of needs and desires. I need someone who has an agenda in life, a doer and not a talker, understands quality time is ESSENTIAL to a relationship, communicates effectively and compassionately, doesn't need text confirmation every 5 seconds, isn't overly jealous, enjoys an adventure and the bumps along the way, you must simulate my mind, someone fun, energetic, humorous, confident and willing to share life with someone competitive, sarcastic, hospitable, busy, technologically inept, coffee-loving, spontaneous (aka procrastinating), and often politically intense. Be scared now.Please don't waste your own time messaging if spiders make you scream, if you think burning flags is appropriate, you'r mormon (polytheistic of any nature), a hypochondriac, vegetarian or if you don't own a passport... And if you're not registered to vote. Or if you're a steelers fan. :-) Believe it or not, I'm low maintenance.
