I try to get out and exercise at least a few days a week whether it be on my mtn bike, walking with a friend, or jogging with my dog and am thinking about getting into Crossfit. Please, someone save me from this "dating in my 30's" hell! I'm a single mom raising a young man the best way I know how & he's a pretty cool kid so, I think I'm doing ok.
