As punctual and honest as they come.; respects women. I have a career, born and raised here in Mass (south-; a great chef! May I add, I was a devout Christian for three+ years and decided to walk away because things just felt wrong. Needless to say I am now testing the waters with the Buddhists, just know the history of it so far but totally interested in visiting a temple & practicing meditation and going from there. I still love Christ for what he did its really just about the people and their ways that just didn't sit right with me. I am constantly thinking of this world & life and how corrupt etc it is. Always thinking about the big picture, outside the box. ;; Coffeehouse on XM. If you think you want to get to know me, drop me a message and we'll see where it goes!! =) must live within 15 mi otherwise I don't see it working. Douche bags need not apply! tea or apps & drinks?

Hi, I'm Annie, I'm a single mom to two wonderful kids who are my best friends. Dad is minimally in the picture, so my kids are with me most of the time, but I have a large close-knit family and plenty of help whenver I need it! I have a good stable job, working full time and then some. I was born and raised in northeast Philly, which I still call home. I moved away for about 5 years, but I've been back home for about 4 years now since my divorce. I'm not interested in your 6-pack-abs or your car, so if you have those pics on your profile you should probably just move on to the next girl. Of course I'd be lying if I said that physical appearance didn't matter at all, but its importance pales in comparison to many other characteristics. I'm fairly intelligent, and I would like someone who I can carry on a conversation with, so if you can't even tell me the last time you read a book (any book) I'm probably not the girl for you. Some things I like...watching a good movie, reading, going to the beach, bowling, swimming, pretty much anything fun. I like to get dressed up and go out, but I'm perfectly happy staying at home in my pj pants too. I'm probably not a typical girl because I actually LIKE to watch sports, both on TV and in person. I love my Phillies, Eagles and Flyers! I can be pretty sarcastic, but I'm enough of an adult to know when to be serious. I love to laugh, and like to keep things light-hearted whenever possible. There is no reason to dwell on the negative in life, we have all been handed our deal of difficulties but how we handle them makes us who we are. My main goal in life is to be a good mom and raise healthy, happy kids who grow to be successful adults. My dedication to my kids and my work schedule doesn't leave me with a lot of free time, but something is definitely missing from my life...someone to share it all with. I've been divorced for a while now, and I have dated in that time, but nothing serious. I'm not in a rush to get to the altar again, but I am ready for a relationship. I do not want a hook-up-buddy or a one night stand, but someone who I can eventually introduce to my kids and my family, and spend my life with. I am looking for someone who I enjoy spending time with, who I would consider a friend as well as a boyfriend. If you can make me laugh, that's a big plus! My ideal first date would be a meal at a nice restaurant, meeting for coffee, even just going for a walk in the park. Definitely not a movie, the whole point of a first date is to talk and get to know each other, but you can't do that in a movie theater (at least not without other people throwing popcorn at you!)
