About Me

I am lucky to be one of the few people in the world that can honestly say I love my job. I train service dogs for people with disabilities, and while it will never make me rich or famous, I know every day that what I do changes people's lives. It is a lot more than just playing with puppies all day though. It can be both physically and emotionally exhausting, but I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.I love the outdoors, hiking, backpacking, camping, boating... My camp was like home for me. I love video games, puzzles, and board games. I'll sit and work on a puzzle in front of a good old movie for hours. I can be competitive, but am never a sore loser.I have been also been Girl Scout for 20 years. Scouting has had a huge impact on my life and has made me who I am today. I even got involved with the non-profit i currently work for as a direct result of my girl scouting experience. I love baseball, particularly the Angels, but also just the sport in general. I've played a few different sports, but had to give them up when I injured my back. I can be shy at first, but open up as I get more comfortable.I am trustworthy, easygoing, and loyal. I like to be able to get to know someone while having fun together. Amusement parks are nice, having something to do always seems to break the tension. I'm not big on the club scene, it's hard to converse, and don't like coming home smelling of smoke.
