This makes me happy. I also started cooking more now that I live on my own and found I enjoy looking for recipes and doing my thing in the kitchen. I love to go on vacation. I've traveled mostly to the Caribbean. I've been to st. Lucia, st.çao, Dominican republic. I've also been up Portugal many times and have seen most of the country.
