I'm your average girl. I like to shop, listen to music, go to the movies, anything fun. On my days off from work I like to get out even if it's just for a walk, although I love staying in and cooking dinner and watching a good movie. I love going into NYC and seeing plays or just spending the day walking around. I read a lot, it's my way of de-stressing sometimes, it feels good to loose yourself in another world. I hope someday to get into the world of publishing either working in a publishing house or as a published writer. My taste in music varies, I listen to a little bit of everything although you'll mostly find different genres of rock on my iPod. I don't watch much TV but I do have a slight guilty pleasure in reality shows, sometimes I find them so bad they're funny. I'll watch almost any movie and a good comedy show is always welcome. For a first date it would probably be one of two things. If the guy was up for it, I would love to go into NYC and walk around, maybe take in a play. I'd also be more than happy to have a quiet dinner just to get to know the person a bit better.

I love to laugh and am a very optimistic person. Kill them with kindness. If you're not having fun, what's the point? Where there is a will, there is a way. And there is always a silver lining. I have an extremely sarcastic sense of humor and I love to make other people laugh. Most people think I'm a b*tch when they first meet me, but that's usually because they take the things I say too seriously and/or need to get laid. :) Seriously, I'm actually really nice and out going. The best part of my job is making other people feel good about themselves and helping to build their confidence! I love to stay in just as much as I love to go out with friends. But I am tired of meeting the same guy over and over again while out at bars or clubs. I'm very independent and self reliant, and its been a struggle finding a man secure enough with himself to deal with that. If you're jealous or insecure, save us both some time and go check out the next girl. I don't play games, I don't lie to spare feelings and I don't like being told what to do. I like a man that acts like a MAN. Beards, grow one. I find myself most attracted to blue collar men. If your hands are calloused and dirty and you wear construction boots regularly I'm probably already in love with you. Just kidding, but I'm at least having impure thoughts about you and your dirty, dirty man boots.. I day dream about eventually moving to either one some day...My fantasy dream job is to be a photojournalist for National Geographic magazine. I am incredibly honest and loyal, usually to a fault. If you don't know what an Aussie is, you should probably keep it movin. I put ketchup and/or Ken's steakhouse honey mustard on EVERYTHING. I make up little songs about what I'm doing sometimes and sing them to my dog. I'd rather die a thousand deaths than have to speak in public or sing karaoke. I love to clean and organize, clutter makes me anxious. I love the smell of asphalt after summer rain, I'm tired of talking about myself, and if you made it this far you have way more patience than I do. That's your job. And if you don't like it I suggest you man up and maybe message someone else.
