Sooooo I might have a bit of a travel addiction, and luckily for me, my job is very accommodating. I also did a 6 month assignment in St. Croix a few years back. I'm a minimalist and am REALLY good at packing! Working in the emergency room as a nurse fits really well with my fast-paced, thrill-seeker type of attitude. Although I only work three twelve hour shifts a week, I do work hard for the money. If you know any ER nurses we excel at not urinating for 12 hours, starving, and continually telling people that you are not triaged on a first-come first-serve basis. Yes, people who have been shot get to go back before YOU!!! So what do I do when I am not saving lives.....or handing out narcotics? Well, traveling is one of my greatest passions. It allows me to escape and revel in cultures that many don't even know exist. I also love just taking off in the car and going on a road trip. Unfortunately, I have NO sense of direction and the cognitive mapping portion of my brain may or may not be missing. I'm also a sucker for live music, and spend more money on concert tickets every year, than most people do in a lifetime. I might have cried a little when the third day of ACL got cancelled. I'm now fused from T10-L2 and I'm not very good at yoga.... Sorry. No, I don't set off the metal detector at the airport.....why does EVERYONE ask me that?????I don't have any kids, and am unsure if I want any. I know that is going to be a huge red flag for a lot of people, but why lie on a dating website. Although I'm unsure about real children.....I sure do love my dog. She has given me more unconditional love than I probably deserve. If you don't like dogs you might not have a soul.I'm utterly obsessed with dark TV shows like breaking bad & BUT you can't google your question.............I'm a dork, but love to hit the gym or the pavement. I recently got into cycling, but I'm not very good yet. I like to stay fit, but am not afraid to eat the things I love or have a few microbrews on the weekend.!!! Lastly, I'm a hopeless romantic and truly believe that the greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love, and be loved in return. Sadly, I've gotten the love part down but just can't find anyone to love me in return......... I'm already tired of typing this so if you're interested please *** Side note: If you're unsure of the proper usage of your, you're, two, to, too, there, their, etc...please don't bother

I am fun loving person. I like to spend quality time with my friends and family. They mean the most to me and are always there when you need them most. I have two small puppies that are my babies. They are my protectors but I promise their bark is way worse than their bite. They love company. GO VOLS!! During football season, Saturday and Sunday are spent watching football. I swam competitively since I was 12 years old until I graduated from college. I love teaching little ones how to swim and was a swim coach for several years. I miss it but my schedule doesn't give me the time to coach anymore.I've been doing Crossfit for a little bit now and love it. If you don't know what it is or haven't done it, you seriously need to look into it. I go 5 days a week and wouldn't have it any other way. It's my stress relief and truly enjoyable.I'm looking for a true genuine man who has his life together. I want someone who can take care of their self and doesn't NEED me to do that for them, although sometimes I like to. If you can't be honest and tell the truth regardless of the outcome, you aren't what I need. And please care about how you look, want to be in shape. Message me and ask anything. I would love to do anything where we can talk and get to know each other and have fun.

I come across so corny in "About Me" forums, but here goes... Bullet style:- I'm a Southern girl who still believes chivalry is alive and there's good in everyone. - We're close.- I go to church every Sunday and usually sing in the choir. A strong faith is a must for a relationship with me, so if you don't love God, please move on, and good luck!- I watch the national news before work in the morning. - I am an LSU tiger!- If I won the lottery, the first thing I'd do is travel the world.- I am a grammar Nazi. Using the wrong form of "your/ you're" is a huge turnoff. I know that's weird.- I am a Harry Potterhead.- I would do almost anything for good Cajun food.- I'm a bit of a nerd-- I like superheroes and play video games on occasion. And I like to do things that are intellectually stimulating.- I love cooking. And if you're a guy who wants to cook with me, that's a major turn-on!I am looking for a self-sufficient, college-educated Christian guy who I can share experiences with-- I want to find someone to take the aisle seat next to me on exotic vacations or help me paddle the tandem kayak. I am at a point in my life where I've got the work part and the God part figured out, and I'm ready for a committed relationship. I'm hoping someone out there is also in the same place I am. I'd love to hear from you!Also...I do not respond to messages from guys that are less than 5 words. Please say something besides "hey", "how are you?", or "damn" if you'd like me to respond. There's more! Message me to find out. For a first date, I am not a "dinner and a movie" type of girl. I prefer to go somewhere where I can really get to know the guy I'm sharing time with. I want to know what it's like to hang out at an amusement park, the zoo, a football game, or a festival with you. I want to be free to ask you random questions when they pop in my head, without people in the theater shushing me. That being said, I am a romantic. I never turn down flowers, or candy, or a serenade (even if it's very cheesy)--just sayin! I'm not above a head on the shoulder or a goodnight kiss (if things click).
