About Me

I'm an east coast transplant who moved out here almost 3 years ago to start my career. My job is rewarding and I've met a great group of friends here, but I find myself still wanting to meet new people.I have a great love of learning and like to try new things, read, and travel to explore different cultures/see pieces of history. I also love the beach, ocean, camping/hiking in the summer, and jogging/going for walks in the trails in town. Since there's no ocean nearby...I guess the mountains will have to do? I'm not particularly athletic but I enjoy watching sports every now and again. I have always liked the performing arts and enjoy a good concert, play, or movie. Live music with a beer in hand is something I've really come to miss living here, but maybe I just haven't found the venue? I also like to keep up with current events and am a bit of a news junkie.I've got a sarcastic sense of humor. My family is the type that constantly tease each other...we kid because we care! But might mean if you can't dish it out as well...we could have an issue getting along.I’ I like to get involved in the community: I volunteer with a children’s non-profit in the city and have been involved in the performing arts community in the past. I’m not saying I’m a lifer in Fort Mac but I don’…and I’m looking for someone who feels the same way. I'm ambitious and i'm looking to meet someone who's got some life goals and the work ethic to get there...not to mention have some fun along the way :)

    If you don't want to read a long profile then don't bother *** My world revolves around my baby. My child's needs and wants are a major priority to me. I'm a student at the moment, I'm trying to become a cosmetologist. When I graduate I plan on working at a funeral home while going to CSI for a business management degree.
