About Me

I want to fall head over heels in love. Like a take my breath away kind of epic love, one day. I am a single mom, I love being a Mommy and I'm a good woman for the right guy.I have everything I need without a man; a new car, a home and a sense of security and stability. I'm in nursing school now and plan on continuing my education as long as I can. I love going to school and I would consider myself a driven, life-long learner. On dates, I like to go out to dinner, movies, new places. I love trying new things in general, traveling and meeting new people. I love to surround myself in new cultures and diversity. I am not a closed minded person, I believe everyone is worthwhile and has an interesting story to tell. I enjoy mellow coffee house type music and a cool person to talk to. I have a big heart and alot to offer someone who won't take me for granted. I understand people who have pasts, I'm no one to judge, what interests me is how well you've survived struggle and succeeded.I would enjoy a partner that can laugh at themselves, have interesting and even philosophically and theologically based conversations. I would love a partner that I can learn from and who can enjoy learning and traveling with me and my daughter. I have plenty of goals that I wish to accomplish in my life that would include; investments in real estate properties (rentals) that are nice and affordable for working families, I want to obtain a Master's degree in nursing and if I can another Master's in Social Work, volunteer with my favorite charities more and give back however I can. My ultimate goal in life would be to help other people either with their medical or socio-economical issues (If I'm lucky both). It is extremely important to me that my daughter see me as a role model and that would extend to any significant other that comes along. My daughter will always and forever hold my heart in her hands and though I would love to have more children, even step-children, I would like her to feel special to someone I'm dating. Basically, if you want me, my baby comes with and we're a package deal. She has no Father in her life so there's no drama to deal with. We're just a simple family of two looking for that special someone to complement the beautiful life we already have. A nice dinner and an activity where we can get to know each other and talk would be nice. Save the Ballet for a rainy day, lol. I believe a first date is a representation of things to come so I do appreciate some effort.

    Thought i'd try this site out since I seem to have the worst of all time luck with finding the one :( They say theres someone out there for everyone, but sometimes I loose faith in that "saying".. Maybe one day, Ill feel different, at least I sure hope so anyways.. I do believe "Everything happens for a reason." Although, sometimes I always wish I knew the reasoning behind some things...
