If I’m not at the gym I’m usually outside running, biking, hiking, skiing, swimming, competing in marathons and triathlons, going to trapeze class, etc. So if you don’t want to go to the gym with me after work and watch the big game with me on Sunday, then let’s be honest, you probably aren’t for me.
