I love to read, I like fiction, science fiction, fantasy... basically I'll read anything. Going to the moves is probably one of my favorite things to do, I'm not picky on what I see, though I do love cartoons. I've always been really into music, mainly punk and ska. Less Than Jake is one of my favorite bands. Rxbandits are another one. I went to school for English and am doing nothing with it. My goal in life is to see the world. I get excited over the smallest things, and I'd like to consider myself a relatively happy, go with the flow person. I love super hero movies, Iron man and batman are my favorite and I'm addicted to chocolate and donuts :) I'm more of a yoga pants and hoodies type of girl, then the dress up with heels, tho its been known to happen.I'm looking for a guy who like to hang out at home and watch movies, who is a gentleman, someone who opens doors for me, buys me flowers and treats me right, I'm looking for a a guy who can be my best friend along with my boyfriend. Someone who will hold me when I cry and wants to be there for family events. I am not looking for someone who has shirtless pics in their profile, or who expects sex on the first date.     For the past three years, I've been teaching PreK-8th grade music at Catholic schools, giving music lessons, and singing professionally with local churches, opera companies, and choral groups. It's a pretty great deal being able to spend all day making music with kids and singing. I was classically trained (voice and piano), but I grew up on Classic Rock music (Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Jethro Tull, etc).I train in Aikido, a Japanese martial art, and got my black belt last year. I love that martial arts challenge you physically and mentally. I've met many different and wonderful people while training. We'll often go out afterward for drinks, dinner, or pool.I love going skiing, camping, hiking, jogging, day trips, and trying out things in the city. For relaxing, I'll read (classic literature or good fiction), watch movies (especially shameless action films) or spend the evening with friends. I have a pretty good balance in life right now. I work hard for school, but save evenings and weekends for fun.
