Hello! So here it is... the big "tell us about you" paragraph that I never know what to say in... Well here it goes.I am currently working as a barista in Kitchener and I am starting an ESL program at Conostoga in Sept.My last job was actually in Japan. I taught Junior High English and was living in Sakai Osaka. It was an amazing experience! I had many adventures, and I learned things about myself that I never expected. I traveled and saw some overwhelming and awe inspiring sights. Traveling, having adventures, facing challenges and experiencing new things are all very important to me. I would rather an adventure with hardship, than no adventure at all.I am a huge fantasy nerd. I LOVE video games, comics and anything sci-fy or fantasy. I also love anime and manga and am a frequent visitor to Cons when I can afford the trip. I go mostly for the people and the costumes... and sometimes I cosplay a little myself!As for hobbies (other than gaming) I love to draw. I have my own style that I have developed over time and have my own website. I generally use copics, comicgrade ink, oils, acrylics, pastels or water colour. I am also writing a novel that I plan to publish one day. Drawing and writing are two important pieces of who I am.I am also a history buff (hence my BA) and love stories of ancient civilizations. I also love science, archaeology and paleontology (I love dinosaurs... lol). Animals and wild life are also important to me. I am an animal lover (even the bugs... excluding black flies and mosquitoes) and I love exploring the wilderness. Hiking, camping and canoeing are two of my favorite out door things to do. Maybe with that special someone!

The most important thing in my life is being a mommy to my two wonderful kids. However, I definitely make time for myself. I am in the process of going to cosmetology school for hair. While i am in this process, I am bartending. I enjoy my job very much, but being a bartender does not mean I'm a party girl, or that I am promiscuous. I'm not sure where people come up with these ideas, but they do! I love being creative and making things, from drawing to dinner to pinterest projects. Cooking is a huge passion of mine, because feeding people makes me happy! I like it so much that I read recipe books like novels (which I also love). One of my favorite things to do is sit on a patio and listen to live music. Unfortunately, I have absolutely NO musical talent. It's scary. Fitness and health are very important to me, and if I get in a relationship with someone that is going to need to be a part of theirs as well. I'm totally a girly girl, but I also love being outdoors and going fishing, hunting, and camping. Also, my faith is a super big deal. I hope to find someone that can share that with me. I'm not looking for hookups, so don't bother. :)) Something I've never done before :)
