About Me

I am looking for a partner, this does not mean I am desperate or willing to settle for the first guy that comes around and is only 50% of the man I am looking for. I WANT a relationship, I DO NOT NEED one. There is a BIG difference. Starting off, I would like to inform you that I am a very opinionated person, I am very blunt with most of my thoughts and feelings.... basically I rarely use my filter.. lol..The 1st, and most important, thing you should know about me is that I am a MOTHER. My children will ALWAYS come first.... PERIOD... if you don't understand this, I recommend you hitting the "back" button now!!I am a strong hearted, southern raised woman. I personally feel I am a rare and dying breed. I love my jeans, t-shirt and baseball hat just as much as I love my mini skirt and heels. I have no problem rolling my sleeves up and getting dirty trying to fix something. I LOVE sports and miss playing more than anything... (growing up sucks... lol.. j/k)I mostly stay in during the week and find myself not going out as much on the weekends anymore. I still go out occasionally, but it is definitely not every weekend. I listen to almost all genres of music, it just depends on what my mood is for that day. It is more country than anything though. I love to read, mostly fiction but this too varies depending on my mood. I love to run, this is my escape from the world and how I relax, or let off steam.I am a little OCD when it comes to keeping my house clean and keeping things organized. But that is just the way it is. :) I do not have the time or patience for games, I know exactly what I will and will not put up....FYI, if you are still hung up on your ex, or are still allowing your ex to dictate how you live your life........     I've been doing the online dating thing for almost 2 years off and on. It's been ummm...interesting.I'm a single mom of a 5 year old boy and a 2 month old, and love every second of it. My free time is very limited, so it's a bit of a challenge to have a social life. Honestly, I'm not sure what I'm really looking for.     I do have 2 jobs and work crazy hours but I'm willing to make the time/effort for the right person. When I'm not working, you can usually find me out running with my dogs or working out. Being healthy is a HUGE part of my lifestyle. I'm very easygoing and like to make people laugh, this is probably why I do so well working with the public. I like guys who can make me laugh without having to try to hard. A sense of humor is a huge turn on for me. I'm not a very superficial person but lets face it...if you don't think someone looks good and your not attracted to them, your not going to be able to be around them. My ideal guy has to be taller then me, a little aggressive, definately not skinny.. I want a guy who looks like a guy. I'm also very outgoing(if you haven't already figured that out)...I need a guy who can keep up with me! Are you him?!? I'm looking for that spontaneous guy I can call on when I'm bored who can be ready to go out and do whatever by the time i'm at his house. Living close to the shore gives me so much to do. I enjoy walking the beach and the boardwalk. I love going to a nice lounges in NJ/NYC. You can always find me somewhere with good music and good friends. I LOVE to dance. I'm also just as comfortable spending the night in with a movie, bottle of wine, and someone to share it with. Sometimes taking a random drive and having good conversation is just as fun too. I like to travel and i'm always down for trying new things, seeing new places, and meeting new people.
