I am a very driven person with a lot of passion, once I decide on something I go after it with everything I've got. This person has to be willing to put in the effort that is required and not just talk the talk. Communication is essential, not just saying you value it but actually being able to communicate. I really would like someone who has passion and drive for something and knows how to romance the heck out of the love of their life.
