I generally stay pretty busy.. I find ancient civilizations and cultures fascinating and I love playing in the dirt, so i am proud to say i have a career that I am passionate about. I think that is important. I would much rather be poor (not that i plan on being poor) and happy and have love and passion in my life than be rich and miserable because i hate my job. I work for an Archaeology firm doing research, artifact analysis, report writing and other geeky stuff and I absolutely love going to work everyday.Family and friends are huge in my life. I love going out for Thai food and catching a flick with friends on a regular basis. i also love dancing and go out to get my groove on whenever I get the chance. My close friends would say I am super loyal and wear my heart on my sleeve a little quirky and out there at times. I am confident and motivated.     I guess I should start by saying that the whole concept of this online thing is new to me. To be honest, I find the idea kind of unnatural... But if you're so busy that you rarely go out and thus, don't have the opportunity to meet people, I suppose the online thing makes sense so I'll give it a shot. I can keep up with the girls and roll with the boys. I grew up in Northern BC, so I'm not afraid of getting dirty and I can probably build a better fire than you can. In case you haven't noticed, I also have a dry, sarcastic sense of humor. I'm currently teaching myself to play guitar. I love hockey, cooking and music. I appreciate pretty much all music with the exception of country. I am not a Flames fan (Canucks & Oilers, all the way) and I absolutely DO NOT two-step. Nor am I interested in you teaching me how to.The things I value most are family, honesty and integrity. I appreciate someone who is intelligent, quick-witted, driven, self-sufficient, has a good sense of humor and doesn't take themselves too seriously. Improper spelling and poor grammar are a deal-breaker for me. As are crunchy hair, girl eyebrows and sparkly shirts. So d-bags need not apply. ** UPDATE: I do not hook up.     I went to school and got my Medical Assistant certificate and upon moving to TX realized that I had to be a CNA or a nurse to find a job. I am lucky in that I am work in admissions at the local hospital. I Love my job!!! I am planning on going to MSU in the spring to go for a degree in business and I think I would like to get my masters in Hospital Administration. I will have to wait and see where the future takes me. I enjoy spending time with my kids (they are 3 of the greatest). I love being outdoors but in this heat it makes it almost unbearable. I enjoy listening to country music. Though I do listen to just about anything, other than rap. Sorry just can't stand it. I love scary movies, they make for good cuddling. =***I am down to earth and friendly. I may be a little shy at first but that doesn't last for long. I think going out for a drink, or a nice dinner. Or maybe a nice stroll to talk and get to know each other.
