I generally stay pretty busy.. I find ancient civilizations and cultures fascinating and I love playing in the dirt, so i am proud to say i have a career that I am passionate about. I think that is important. I would much rather be poor (not that i plan on being poor) and happy and have love and passion in my life than be rich and miserable because i hate my job. I work for an Archaeology firm doing research, artifact analysis, report writing and other geeky stuff and I absolutely love going to work everyday.Family and friends are huge in my life. I love going out for Thai food and catching a flick with friends on a regular basis. i also love dancing and go out to get my groove on whenever I get the chance. My close friends would say I am super loyal and wear my heart on my sleeve a little quirky and out there at times. I am confident and motivated.     I am a social creature that loves getting out and doing things. I work hard, but I love to balance it with relaxation and play. I like doing a wide variety of things, from going to museums, going out to listen to live music, such as jazz, the symphony and live bands, going out to eat delicious food, attending lectures, and exercising outdoors.     I'm really not good at these "describe yourself" things, but here it goes...1st & foremost, I'm a single mom to a beautiful 5 yr old girl. She is my everything & will always come before anyone. If you're not really into kids, then no point in reading on. Sorry guys, but I can't be with someone who can't accept her as well. Not trying to be mean, but that's just how it is.Now, if you're still reading, then here it goes. I'm currently a teacher's assistant at a daycare. As much as I love my job, I'm thinking of going back to certified nursing assistant. I did that for 7 yrs & enjoyed it. I would love to go back to school, possibly for nursing.I'm working on setting several goals in my life & school is definately one of them.I love going to the beach in the summer with my daughter & anyone else who joins us. I love the boardwalk, nature walks, just walks in general. I'm not really good at sports, but I love to throw a basketball around from time to time. While on the subject of sports, I'm a philly fan(even if I don't watch all the games). I'm not a super skinny supermodel & never intend to be. I am happy the way I am, pretty much. I would love to lose maybe 5 or 10 pounds.I dye my hair on a whim. Never anything extreme, just usually when I'm in a mood. I'm a go with the flow type of person. If you wanted to get up & go on a road trip out of boredom, I'd do the same. I'm not one who really desires to travel the world(really can't now with a child), but I love vacations. Just always thought it was beautiful.I listen to pretty much anything music wise. If it has a good beat, I'll listen to it. Just not really into jazz though, but definately don't knock people who are.I think that pretty much sums it up. If you want to know anything else, feel free to ask.
