About Me

Some basic stuff about me (scattered in quick sentences): I am one of those dorks that really likes their job and going to work. I am always looking for an excuse to bake something for someone, even though I'm not a big sweets person myself. I love trying new things - but not in that "Welcome to Fear Factor now eat some gross animal parts" way. I love animals. I have a creative streak (drawing, writing, cooking/baking, etc). I rarely turn down any opportunity to volunteer for a cause. I'm on the fence on the whole kids thing. I'm not completely against having them someday, but I could also see myself content with just hanging out with nieces and nephews (I have 11). I love music, and almost anything that will get me outdoors in the summer. I am not a fan of the chick flicks. My kind of movies will do at least one of the following: make me laugh my butt off, make me think, or scare the bejesus out of me. I can be goofy, sweet, and at times too nice (but I still have a backbone). I am looking for slow/casual, with the potential for something serious.I'm a very positive person, but here's a few things that just aren't a good fit for me so no one wastes their time. First off, I'm a really happy person. So regardless of your appearance, if your photo looks like a mugshot (because you're scowling *** smiling) we would never work out. And indoor shirtless pics... yeah we're not right for each other. If you're without a shirt because the photo is taken on a beach or boat, it makes sense. But in your living room, bathroom, etc... you're just not for me. If you are on this site because you like casual hookups, I wish you all the sweet ass your heart desires. But that's not my thing. My ideal age range is ***, but I can go slightly out of that range. The kind of guy who loves to hunt, fish, go mudding.... I hope you find your dream country girl... she's just not me. And due to the fact that I know a lot of gay people (both friends & family) if you don't think gay people are just like everyone else, lets avoid the messy debate & just know we aren't a good fit either. Whew! A casual situation where we can talk & get to know each other.

I am a woman of many facets. To try to describe myself to you would be frustrating for me and would only be my perception of self. That being said, I suppose who I am to you depends on what part of me you choose to tap into. Eventually, with enough time invested, you may see it all. Some see me as colorful and vibrant. Energetic, perhaps a little childlike, and soulfully inspired with many ideas, some new and some old. One KEY thing about me... I do NOT drink. Nor do drugs. I still have plenty of fun I just remember it all now. *smile* I also try my best to live an honest life of principles and values. I will wait as long as it takes to find the one whose values coincide. Ok one more thing. I don't drive. It's a lifestyle choice for me. Something many can't fathom. But I do, and that's what matters :-) So unless you enjoy driving the distance, its best to be fairly local to visit because though I can get places, I can't get everywhere unless I call a taxi and well...that is a luxury I can't afford. If you are of sound spirit, mind, and body (most of the time) I would especially love to talk to you. If your idea of a good time doesn't involve going to a bar that gains you extra bonus points, especially because I don't drink. I probably won't be staying.... Locals seem to really love it here, or at least making the best of it. I am making the best of my temporary time here as well. But it is... temporary. I've had a dream in my mind since age 14 that I would live in NY or a vast city. I have lived on a few beaches in my life and didn't go. Up for a road trip? I'm in!
