I am a single mother a beautiful little girl. She is my whole world and then some. This is my ninth year teaching and I absolutely love my job. I always have one night a weekend without my daughter and I'm happy staying in watching a movie or going out for some drinks and dancing. During football and basketball season you will find me in front of the TV...I am a HUGE Cards fan!!! (UK fans need not msg...j/k!) I come from a very close knit family and small church. They both are a super important part of my life. I am always listeninig to music...country is my favorite but enjoy listening to almost anything. One disclaimer I will throw out there is that I am extremely girly...I don't like to get dirty or fish or camp or get all sweaty. I always want my nails done and my hair fixed. That being said I do not consider myself high maintanence and I am willing to try almost anything once...I'm just very particular about certain things :)This is my third try at this thing...but third time is a charm, right??? I am looking for a guy who is genuine and knows what he wants out of life. While I, of course, love to be pampered and spoiled (who doesn't??) I need a person who is okay with an independent woman. I'm really not good at these "describe yourself" things, but here it goes...1st & foremost, I'm a single mom to a beautiful 5 yr old girl. She is my everything & will always come before anyone. If you're not really into kids, then no point in reading on. Sorry guys, but I can't be with someone who can't accept her as well. Not trying to be mean, but that's just how it is.Now, if you're still reading, then here it goes. I'm currently a teacher's assistant at a daycare. As much as I love my job, I'm thinking of going back to certified nursing assistant. I did that for 7 yrs & enjoyed it. I would love to go back to school, possibly for nursing.I'm working on setting several goals in my life & school is definately one of them.I love going to the beach in the summer with my daughter & anyone else who joins us. I love the boardwalk, nature walks, just walks in general. I'm not really good at sports, but I love to throw a basketball around from time to time. While on the subject of sports, I'm a philly fan(even if I don't watch all the games). I'm not a super skinny supermodel & never intend to be. I am happy the way I am, pretty much. I would love to lose maybe 5 or 10 pounds.I dye my hair on a whim. Never anything extreme, just usually when I'm in a mood. I'm a go with the flow type of person. If you wanted to get up & go on a road trip out of boredom, I'd do the same. I'm not one who really desires to travel the world(really can't now with a child), but I love vacations. Just always thought it was beautiful.I listen to pretty much anything music wise. If it has a good beat, I'll listen to it. Just not really into jazz though, but definately don't knock people who are.I think that pretty much sums it up. If you want to know anything else, feel free to ask.
