Looking for: man. In age: 51-61
I love just about any type of music from Beatles to Patsy Cline. Also like swing, rythm and blues and jazz. Love to shag and line dance; just love to dance;it is my passion. I am learning to salsa; would like to learn how to swing dance. Also love water sports and the beach. Have not parasailed yet but that is on my list to do. I am a free spirit who believes in the motto, "live and let live". Don't like jealousy or gossip. I am happy for others' success and like to encourage others to keep pressing through. Need someone positive in my life to encourage and cheer me on in my endeavors. If you think you may be that person, look me up. The ideal date would be at a cozy restaurant where we can chat and get to know each other's likes and dislikes;; I love their talapia! I don't drink but have nothing against drinking so my date could have a drink while we dine. Of course, I am open to other options but it should be a place where we both feel comfortable. Starbucks is another option because I love Starbucks coffee. Look me up and THEN we can come up with a game plan.

I love to read and write, kayak, hike, walk in nature, travel, go to the beach often. I used to garden quite a bit, but haven't done much since moving from CA to NC 8 years ago. I have a fun and zesty personality. I'm fond of animals, flowers, sunsets, good books, good movies, good restaurants. My goals include writing a book or two or three, spending more time traveling, finding a gentleman who is highly trustworthy and loves to enjoy life too. Someone who laughs, smiles, is positive! My sense of humor can be offbeat. I am creative but a good procrastinator too. I like cooking but not cleaning. Music: bluegrass, country, classical, pop, 60s, Mama Mia type, opera, Jimmy Buffet type etc. Well this is a hard one. What if the gentleman is very boring? Then I'd want to end it right away. Assuming he is not, we would meet for a glass of wine and then discover that we have so many mutual interests as well as physical attraction, so we decide to order dinner. We have a leisurely dinner outdoors with privacy and learn much about each other. Neither steals the conversation. I find that the gentleman sitting across from me is well educated, has a great sense of humor, is attractive, has some fun stories to tell and I can tell that he enjoys my company and finds me attractive and interesting. We learn a lot about each other. We both share our faith together and pray before our meal. The evening goes so well that we decide to go to a concert together or kayak weather permitting. Or perhaps a hike or picnic. We hug good-bye and he kisses me. I swoon.

I am a single mom of two. One is grown and in nursing school and the other is 13. I am ready to start focusing on my life again. I love all kinds of music and love to go out and hear a good band. I love to travel and enjoy amusement parks. I am not perfect but have an awful lot of tlove, fun and personality to offer someone. I really would love to find someone to spend time with. Life is much easier if you have somone to share it with. The first date would be a nice quiet dinner somewhere rather casual. I never understood going to the theater on a first date because you want to get to know each other. After dinner maybe to a quiet lounge for a few drinks then home for coffee. That would be a nice first date or we could just go to Six Flags and see who could handle the most coasters Lol :)
