I also like watching Gold Rush, Deadliest Catch, Dirty Jobs, and America's dumbest... I like Hell's Kitchen, Master Chef, American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, and X-Factor. And disgustingly enough, I enjoy an occasional fix of Keeping up With The Kardashians! And no, I don't watch them all in one sitting! :)In addition to engaging in social activities with friends, I also enjoy staying in for a quiet evening at home. I love an intimate dinner & movie, romantic walks, holding hands, and snuggling up with a special person, good wine & conversation.I’m looking for someone who is confident in who he is, and knows what he wants out of life. Last year I retired with 32 years from Verizon and felt like I was being released from prison! I'm now back into real estate which has always been a passion for me and the economy has been coming back. I studied fine art and when it comes to open mike nite, I've been told I'm more of a words person than guitar player or singer.....( I knew that!) I've had alot of life changes in the last year or so but am excited with life and all its possibilities. I love to dress up and dine out. I love travel. I love animals and I love the South and everything Southern. I am a good hearted spiritual woman, a bit of a joker and just a tad bit crazy( or so they say!)...lol....... First of all, I am a mom.... my kids are all grown and very independent, but I love spending time with them and their families. LOVE..LOVE...LOVE my grandbabies, just a smile from one of them turns me to mush :)Although my family is a very high priority for me, so is finding that someone special to share them with. I have been fortunate enough to experience love in my life, a good relationship can make such a difference. I love knowing that special person; who can make me smile just by walking in the room, makes everything feel like its going to be ok when I'm ready to give up and/or gets as excited as I do (or even more) when things are going just right, is by my side. Honesty is very important to me, I feel with out it, any relationship is unable to grow. I know this is a two way street, I'm hoping to find someone that is just as happy to have me by there side, with just as big a smile when I walk in the room. As far as hobbies, these days work and working on my house keep me pretty busy, but I am open to alternatives to change that around... :) I'm pretty open to trying anything at least once. My sister in law recently bought one for herself, her an my brother ride together all the time, I think that would be pretty cool. Not deal breaker, just think its fun. Honestly, I feel anything can be fun when you are in good company. . I think first dates go with personalities, so we can cross that bridge when we come to it
