About meI am warm, kind, friendly, university educated and professionally employed. I relate well with people and enjoy exchanging on experiences and ideas. . I am not a "Barbie" but ensure that I do some physical activity every day. I have a gym membership at Goodlife but hate going alone! Care to join me? I alternate between cardio work and strenght training. I am blessed with a good circle of friends, some of them from High School others from College and some from University. We often do activities together. I believe it is important to invest some special time in ourselves"to recharge our batteries" and look for balance in our lives to keep our mind and body healthy.     I love all types of music, especially the blues and rock n roll. I enjoy diving, snorkeling, and boating, the mountains, skiing, concerts and pretty much anything in the great outdoors. Also like working in the yard landscaping and gardening. I can operate a drill, saw, or whatever it takes to keep my house maintained.     Hmmm...describe me... It's probably best if I state what my friends say about me which is sometimes very different from how I would describe myself. So, they say that I'm funny, honest, passionate, smart, fearful, a bit walled off at times, very creative, hard-working, a nerd, intuitive, extremely strong, very helpful, attractive, athletic, analytical, ...Yikes! That's plenty. I obviously have some REALLY GREAT friends. Oh, and I asked my mom to describe me, and she said, ..."well, you're just perfect"... That's probably where I get my sense of humor, and definitely my capacity to love on such a deep level. I moved to CA with the man that I am now divorcing (we separated over three years ago). Divorce-- The marriage was supposed to be 'until death do us part.' I couldn't exactly kill him--that would be immoral. But I refuse to share MY man with other women, so it had to end. I guess I'm selfish that way.I must say, I strongly value honesty. Although I CAN read minds, it's just easier if I don't have to waste my superpowers on someone whose intent is to deceive me. I guess maybe I should be honest then. I don't really have superpowers; hence, no mindreading skills. I do have a bit of women's intuition though, and I pray for clarity on a regular basis. The truth comes out eventually, why not just start with it?I'm told that I'm easy to talk to and actually quite down to earth. I'm somewhat of a homebody, but after 15 years of marriage, I'm finding that I love to get out and socialize on a regular basis. I have a fondness for the dancefloor. I like R&B, rock, and old school music to dance to, but when I'm just listening, I'm country all the way. My favorite hobby is to crochet, but I also love home improvement. There's nothing sexier than a man that can build and fix things. And I definitely want to be right in there helping to get things done.This seems so 'all about me' and one-sided. I think I'd rather have a two way discovery process. Fabulous chemistry is mandatory for that deep connection that I'm looking for. I know there's a man out there that is my everything.     What I am looking for in a man ...some one to be my friend first..to listen when I want to talk and talk to me I will listen...someone that if I need you in mind or body in the middle of the night you would be there....I want to go places and do things ,, see things ive never seen, eat all kinds of foods go for walks lay back and relax together...get in the kitchen and cook a nice meal together...sit by candle light and drink a glass of wine...go for a ride in the mountians to sight see....stop for a coffee and chocolate ice cream....and at the end of the day be happy with each others company........tired of being lonley...but im not a fool...dont want to be lied to or cheated on....so either you are with me or against me.. Yes I can be trusted and a faithful companion. Movies are not good first dates, its best to go to a quiet place for conversation so you can get to know each other.
