I am not a "Barbie" but ensure that I do some physical activity every day. I have a gym membership at Goodlife but hate going alone! Care to join me? I alternate between cardio work and strenght training. I am blessed with a good circle of friends, some of them from High School others from College and some from University. We often do activities together. I believe it is important to invest some special time in ourselves"to recharge our batteries" and look for balance in our lives to keep our mind and body healthy. I feel very strongly about not smoking. It is one of the most important thing that you can do for your health and those around you that will significantly make a positive change in your life with exercising. You are around my age so that we are more likely in the same stage in our lives. You enjoy discovering new places hand in hand with that special ally. You take pleasure in the small every day occurrences such as a smile, a friendly greeting and chat with a neighbour. You do not sweat the small stuff and are the proud owner of a sense of humour. You get along well with family, friends and co-workers. I am looking for a kind and forgiving heart in a partner. I prefer to see the drama on the silverscreen not in my life.
