I am not a "Barbie" but ensure that I do some physical activity every day. I have a gym membership at Goodlife but hate going alone! Care to join me? I alternate between cardio work and strenght training. I am blessed with a good circle of friends, some of them from High School others from College and some from University. We often do activities together. I believe it is important to invest some special time in ourselves"to recharge our batteries" and look for balance in our lives to keep our mind and body healthy. I find that the gentleman sitting across from me is well educated, has a great sense of humor, is attractive, has some fun stories to tell and I can tell that he enjoys my company and finds me attractive and interesting. We learn a lot about each other. We both share our faith together and pray before our meal. The evening goes so well that we decide to go to a concert together or kayak weather permitting. Or perhaps a hike or picnic. We hug good-bye and he kisses me. I swoon.
