Hey there! :) Like many other people on this site, I am bad at talking about myself, so here goes nothing! I am a born and raised Minnesotan; tried to leave a few years ago, but obviously that didn't last. Where'd I go? Australia. My oldest sister lives there, so I took the opportunity to travel when it was offered. I LOVED it and I hope to go back some day soon. I also hope to travel to more places and see more of the world; everyone says this, I know, but I love experiencing new things. I recently tried the "Insanity" workout... Wow! It kicks you in the butt, but it is a lot of fun! I am not a natural runner, so it is helping me prepare myself for some runs this summer.I am a small town girl at heart. I dress for comfort not pizazz (most of the time). I play volleyball for fun, yell at my t.v. during football season, and love summer festivals and outings. I would call myself a geek, minus the technological knowledge. I am not afraid to make a complete idiot of myself to make someone laugh. I currently teach high school special education and love what I do! I think the kids have taught me more this year than I may have taught them. I am looking for a down to earth guy that likes spending time with friends and family and go to various events (sports, concerts, other events). A big thing for me is how you treat your family and friends, specifically your mom. I am looking to get to get to know new people and if something further develops, awesome! I am also looking for someone who values trust and honesty in a relationship. Ok...I'm gonna try this again. Its always hard to talk about yourself, but I'm gonna try a little. First off, I have two little kids, they are 2 and 3 and I have sole physical custody. I do get time away from them, but if you cant (or just dont want to) deal with kids, then lets not waste each others time. I am a genuinely good person and I try to stay well rounded. I try to compliment someone everyday....knowing it will cheer them up or make them feel better. I will help anyone if I have the means to do so. I try to be the best person I can be. And I love it when someone can make me laugh. But, I have my faults, and I know it. I am very shy....until I get know someone (or drink alot, lol). I have been told I can come off as stuck up or ****y at first, but its because I'm so shy. I'm really not. But I do swear alot and I have been known to have slight road rage. Probably has something to do with being Irish and Italian, lol. I love camping, I have a crappy pop-up, but it works good enough. I love the ocean. And I just like being outside. I hate seafood and spicy food. And I hate cooking. Family is the most important thing in the world to me. I usually see someone from my family everyday. Just letting you know. I have my Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science....but, I have never put it to use and probably never will. Criminal Minds is my favorite tv show, and I still watch Seinfeld reruns. And I like listening to country music. I like watching the Pats the best. And most importantly... I have my own place, my own car and pay my own bills.I am looking for a nice, smart, normal, hardworking guy. Someone that likes to do stuff. Someone who doesnt drink alot...this is important to me.
