About Me

I love hiking and camping, rollerblading, canoeing, and tubing in the summer, and I'm always looking for someone to snowboard with in the winter. I bought a new board at the end of last season, and it's waiting patiently to be ridden. I went back to school just last year for Computer Aided Design and Drafting and I currently work in architectural design.In May I travelled to Fiji to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity... it was one of the best experiences of my life so far. After Fiji I went backpacking in Thailand, and I can't wait to plan my next trip. (seriously, I want to go now!) I prefer backpacking and hostels over suitcases and resorts. But there is definitely a time and place for those things too. I'm super easy going, and I'm usually up for anything, anytime!I love music... any music....... and SO much more!TV shows I watch: The Walking Dead, Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Survivor (and some girly stuff that I don't really need to mention!)Pet peeves and annoyances:- "Your" vs "You're"... Get it right guys!!! it's not difficult. - Shirtless mirror selfies... Natural, candid shots at the lake or camping are much better!- Mirror selfies in general... really? you don't have ANY pictures of yourself that are not in front of the mirror?- Posers, thugs, chainzzz... etc...I'm not looking for anything too serious at the moment, but it would be nice to find someone to hang out with... go for a hike or snowboarding... any one?

    I want to meet new people maybe go on some dates. I'm not the average girl at all not to say that I don't love getting dressed up n being girly but I do enjoy scrubing it up and getting dirty.     Ok here I go... But it's ok, cos I laugh at your accent too :pI'm pretty sarcastic, and can be stubborn and impatient... Typical Taurus if you follow all that!? I don't see these as negative traits because if I want something done, it gets done, plus I love a good debate and don't think there's anything more attractive than someone who isn't afraid to stand their ground.I love being told silly jokes an laughing like a kid, listening to people's life stories and hearing adventures they've been on.Speaking of which I did get infected with the travel bug, symptoms come and go and can get very serious. I've been lucky to have travelled through parts of Asia, Australia and New Zealand and experience some beautiful things.Whilst I love a good adventure I am not a girly girl or super outdoorsy! Don't get me wrong i love to explore, I'm just not gona sit here and say I want to go hiking every weekend and go to yoga everyday.. It's just not me! I like these things in moderation, much like movie marathons in my pjs with a bottle if wine.My big thing right now is to try and achieve a great work/ life balance, I know it can sound lame, but I've started to realize the importance of it since I started working overnights, yes I am now nocturnal :)I'm not sure what I'm looking for here and I'm somewhat skeptical of the whole online thing, but its always nice to meet new people and hear new stories, added bonus if anything more comes of it!Anyway, that's all for now!
