I am a kind hearted, sincere and genuine person. I spent 16 years of my life as a competitive athlete where I developed many qualities (drive, determination persistence) that have contributed to the person I am today. After my athletic career, I went to university and acquired a Master's Degree. I am hardworking and take a lot of pride in my career. I like to have a good balance in life so in my pastime I love to get outdoors with my little guy (dog) and go for a good hike, walk or just relax at the beach. I am an active person and like to stay healthy, so I teach aerobics for fun.Although at the end of a hard day, I love cuddling up on the couch and relaxing- by watching a good movie with buttery popcorn or enjoying a good glass of wine. I value the simple things in life: trust, honesty, respect, love, and family - all of which are very important to me.     Well, hello there! I spend most of my time outdoors, by the ocean, in the forest, beside a creek or up a mountain. I also enjoy creating nature inspired art, which at the moment is focused on ceramics. When you think of "throwing clay" that's the kind I mean, the muddy, satisfying type where you can make a thing of beauty that is also functional. Learning new things is at the top of my list of daily activities. I enjoy going into uncharted territory (which may sometimes include getting lost) or going to the same place I've been a thousand times and seeing something new.
