About Me

I'm single and happy, but I love a man's company. It's only natural isn't it? I'm looking for a man to build a solid friendship with first, then see what happens, but I am not interested in a one time fling. I am a woman with values and believe everyone should be treated with respect. A few things about me....I enjoy being around a man who can make me laugh. I am proud to have served in the Marine Corps, but I'm not a jarhead. I am very open minded and love language, art, culture and travel. I enjoy listening to live music and being out in the sun. I'm adventurous and will try pretty much anything once, maybe even twice! Friends and family are very important to me. I own my home and my dog and 5 year old child live with me full-time. I absolutely loathe rap music, the culture, and mentality associated with it. I don't care much for reality television or bad grammar either. I value education and will not spend my time with a man who doesn't. I am passionate about photography and fortunate to have a career that takes me all over the world. When it comes down to it, I'm a good woman with a big heart and pretty easy to get along with. Skydiving!...just kidding, unless you're willing to do it, because I am! Actually, I've been on a few first dates where the man says he'll go skydiving, but no one has come through yet. So, if not, dinner would be nice, especially sushi or a Brazilian steakhouse.

If things progressed to a second date then maybe a movie, ufc fight, thunder game, or maybe a pub somewhere.

    I want the same thing I think everyone wants eventually.. to settle down and have a real relationship and future with someone but I'm not in a huge rush and don't want to force something just for the sake of not being alone. Not sure this is the best place to find people with the right intentions but I figured why not give it a shot! I have two kids that I have all the time except for every other weekend so my time is limited but I wouldn't have it any other way.
