I love sports, especially hockey and basketball of which I played both. I hope to get back into hockey next winter. Well here goes, and of course have to start with the cliche "I got tired of the bar scene and thought i would try this out" lol. I'm looking for a guy who just knows how to have fun in life, do things in the spur of the moment, someone spontaneous like me. Enjoy the little things, i don't think we should take life so seriously. I'm looking for someone mature who can carry an intellectual conversation, keep up on current affairs, talk politics, those kinds of things. Other hobbies of mine include skiing, LOVE going out on the slopes on a nice winter day. In the summer I like to go rollerblading or swimming and for lighter exercises i like to go canoeing/kayaking at my family's cottage. I've already accomplished most goals i have set for myself i.e. (got a college education, and getting, and loving a great job). of course i haven't realized all my goals obviously or i wouldn't be on this site...oh and if you're from a small town livin' in the city we probably have more in commonP.S. On my down time i'm the kinda girl who like to go out for a good meal (good doesn't have to be expensive) and a few brews at a pub or going to see a movie.! I absolutely hate coffee dates, there's nothing more awkward and agonizing then drinking coffee with someone you don't know, i'd rather have a glass of wine with a nice meal or go skating along the canal. Basically what I am looking for is a someone who can make a little time for me everyday and someone I can make time for, just want to make a fella feel good when he comes home from work ;)

I'd love to find a man who knows the movie "The Man from Snowy River," honestly that's the love story I grew up watchingBasically I'm a 27 year old woman who is looking for my own man. The sad part is that there aren't many men out there that can handle me.In a nutshell, have tats and piercings, love kids and want some of my own some day, i work hard and play harder. I am constantly growing as I expect my partner to be as well.I am not able to have children at this point, but I would love to try as hard as I can. I do love all children and would accept any as my own. But obviously I'd want to try for 1 of my own. I'm so ready to be happy, cuz I believe the point of life is to be happy. So if you think you can roll gimme a hollar :)I absolutely know and understand that being lazy isn't an option. I operate like any one else but I work 2nd shift. My goal daily is to get at least one thing done a night as a minimum but I'll normally do more. I'm aiming for 4 things tonight. My place will b nice and clean but I'll b 110% honest and tell my bedroom isn't perfect! Imma girl and I want one room to b like me, a constant state of ever changing stuff in a controlled chaotic moment. I'm simple and I want a simple life. Work, quality time with family and friends, trying to maintain my crazy life. On the flip side I love to veg and relax when I'm not running 90 MPH haha so u have to like to relax and have a drink AND love to sleep... My favorite part of my day is laying in bed, relaxing before passing out! 3Update: Since I don't have kids, I have 1.5 godchildren :) soon to b 2! First date? Wow that's tricky... Hmm okay well I'm the girl so yeah I'd like to be taken out on a REAL date. All the corny things are welcomed, like the boy paying, flowers, ya know the cheezy stuff!! But its not required, just the sweet gestures. Honestly, I'm content with staying in and watching a movie... Going out isn't the only option. Going out to clubs/bars is okay, but its not the greatest way to actually talk to a person. Anyway that a person can be comfy would be a good first date, hmmm what about a pajama party? Who's not comfy in jammies!!! Yeah I know I'm a dork, but a hella cute one! ;)
