I gotta be honest, this is totally outside of my comfort zone but I'm feeling adventurous so here goes. I've been a nanny for 9 years and it's the best job in the world for me. As much as I like to play games with the kids at work, I don't enjoy them in my relationship. I respect straightforward, honesty and I will give it as much as I expect to receive it.
