I just don't have a ton of free time to go out and meet new people. I figure this is a quick way to find people and an easy way to *** ones who do not interest me. Also, a few of my friends actually met their significant others or made great friends through here and told me to try it. If I don't respond, either I am not interested or just too busy at the time. I am pretty open minded. If it's a nice day, something outdoors is great! Of course the standard dinner thing is fine too. Just so long as it is somewhere I can actually talk to the person. Movies are a terrible first date idea, IMO.
