In my opinion, the point of a first date is to see if you're comfortable with someone. Obviously, there is likely going to be some awkwardness, so I think doing something that lets us both be relatively at ease is best. What that is exactly, I don't know. Maybe something simple, like having a coffee date? Or even hitting up a local fair? Something where we can be ourselves and get to know each other on a basic level.

Spending time with my friends and family is also something that is very important to me. I'm checking out this site in hopes of not only someone to hang out with but also someone I could start a relationship with. I am such a huge sports fan, that ESPN is one of my favorite channels. Although my favorite sports are baseball and football, I really enjoy watching any and all sports. There are a lot of sports that I really like to play as well. My favorite activities are swimming laps, playing tennis, running, and dancing.Traveling is another interest that I have, which would ideally be something that a significant other would be interested in as well. Although I have been to Europe before, I would definitely like to go again someday. However, going to a baseball game would be a great follow up date. ;)
