I\'m white, catholic, hard working sensitive and always want to be doing something, weather it is a walk or going for a drive somewhere I’ve never been to. I\'m looking for the same in my partner.

I am a down to earth person who enjoys the small things in life. I am a talker and probably a boisterous one at that, but in my defense this is part of being raised in a large family! I am generally really open once I am at ease with a person, which usually doesn't take that long. Then I often wish I had a rewind button! My humor tends to be sarcastic and goofy. Enjoyment comes from spending time with good friends and family and sharing laughs. Nothing is better than spending a day filled with broad smiles and long laughs. The kind that leaves you with a few extra wrinkles at the end of the day!I have traveled a little, seeing some amazing places in Europe and Central America while studying abroad. I can't wait to go back and visit, but at the same time, there's no place like home. I've also started exploring the U.S. on road trips and camping trips. My latest idea is to hike part of the Superior Hiking Trail. (The AT is way out of my league!) I just need to talk someone into going with me! I love a good adventure, but it is always better with someone along. What am I looking for? Someone to enjoy spending time with! Someone to laugh with and enjoy a good adventure. Preferably someone who is hilarious and as accomplished a few goals in his life. Someone who encourages me to be the best person I can be. Someone who is good natured, grounded and kind. Oh, and having his sanity intact is a definite requirement.

Laughter. Music. Community. Autumn leaves. Local coffee shops. Perspective. The St. Small towns. Really good books. Local bands. Libraries. Colors. Chrysanthemums. Activities: Swimming in lakes. Traveling. Playing piano. Clapping for sunsets. Yoga. Biking. Frisbee. Exploring. Being outside. Grilling. Hiking. Reading. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and having good conversations and laughing together. Investing in relationships is important and being part of community is valuable. My relationship with God and practicing faith, hope, and love is a defining part of who I am and will be significant to my relationship with a significant other. One of my favorite Scripture verses and one that I try, with God's help, to shape my life by comes from Deuteronomy: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind, and love your neighbor as yourself." -- it is easier written than practiced, and there is much room for grace :-)Learning is important to me, and I am excited for new experiences to shape the way I see things, live and work. I keep pretty busy, but I try to balance busyness with being present where I am. My job helps me practice this because I work with kids and families. The practice of being well within myself is important to me and I try to hold onto that, even when things are going awry :-) For the most part, I enjoy my work. Peace Like a River (Leif Enger). Sense & Sensibility (Jane Austen). What is the What (Dave Eggers). The Chronicles of Narnia (C.S.;; Sons. Monsters and Men. Jaymay. The Civil Wars. The Decemberists. The Brian Just Band. Trampled by Turtles. Josh Ritter. The Lumineers. Sigur Ros. Joao Gilberto. Oldies but Goodies.and the list goes on…
