About Me

So, what do I say? My one word description of myself was tough: homebody. I do tend to be one but that does not mean I will not go out for a good meal, movie or even dancing. None of those other words really applied to me. I am a little quiet until you get to know me. I can be real silly and will speak my mind. I would love to travel more and hope to find someone to do that with. I do not like to swim that much but love the beach, kinda weird, I know.I like to cook and cook for people. I won't turn down a good****ail and enjoy going out to local bars. Gardening in the summer/spring is something I pretend I know how to do.My music taste is very wide from 90's boy bands to college indie rock. I am going to see New Kids in June with my girlfriends and plan on having the time of my life, but love things from Wilco to the TuneYards. For some reason, I bake to rap music (Snoop or Nelly) lol. I stay away from country and metal.I have a close group of friends, all of which I have known pretty much since high school. I would say I am loyal to a fault and protect those that I love. I tend to plan too much and wish to be able to do things on the fly more. That probably comes a lot from my career. I work as a nurse in a local hospital. I love it on most days. I am looking to grow in my profession whether it means going back to school or changing departments. Something low key so we can get to know each other: a coffee shop or a local bar.

    So I guess this is the part where I have to be charming, witty, sexy, cute, smart, etc. in order to be impressive. No pressure! Well, here goes. I consider myself to be an energetic, outgoing, motivated, athletic, intelligent woman who has a great sense of humor and who tends to be a smart-ass at times. I feel the need to point out though that I also know how to lose gracefully.I love football and I have been a Redskins fan since I knew what football was. I can definitely hold my own when it comes to football knowledge, whether it be about certain teams, players or rules of the game. I can honestly say that I have never met a girl that knows more about football than I do haha. I feel the need to end this paragraph by saying that even though I am extremely competitive and love sports, I can also be a girly girl.I love anything that has to do with being outside. When the weather is nice I like to hike, bike, play any type of sport, go to sporting events, concerts, etc. When the weather is not so nice hanging out at home watching a movie usually works for meI feel like I should mention the fact that I am an aggressive driver. I love my car and I love to drive fast. I'm from this area so I'm used to being surrounded by people who can't drive. I pride myself on my ability to weave in and out of traffic. Let's just say having a nurse's badge has proven to be helpful at times haha.I'm not sure what else to say so I will finish by describing what I am looking for in a man. I'm looking for someone who is honest, loyal, intelligent, and driven. Someone who is kind, respectful and loving. Someone who is athletic, competitive and enjoys being active. Someone with a great sense of humor as I love to laugh. I'm looking for what I'm sure every one on this site is looking for...someone who isn't necessarily perfect, but who is perfect for me.

I am a very passionate person who has a lust for life and it's experiences. I want to start Dating and although I get hit on being at work is NOT the place to try and mix in a personal life. I have many close friends and all my close friends would say I am very dependable, loyal, giving, caring, intelligent, hard-worker, always witty, funny, honest and a clown. (No really I was a clown........... Remember a smile is Contagious! Peace Love and Rock and Roll A great first date would be somewhere to look at funny animals or ride some roller coasters. Anything that could induce laughter. Something during the day/early evening....
