I'm in great shape, take care of my body and have given birth to two kids so I feel you can do the same ~ err minus the birthing of babies), someone who is at least 6’ tall is preferred (what can i say, I love wearing heels and rather not feel gigantic standing next to my date ~ BUT, I'm kinda use to it so this is not a deal breaker like the body thing is, just don't ask me NOT to wear heels cuz that isn't going to happen).
