This year I decided I was going to make a real effort to find my partner, someone who together, we make each other better, happier and most of all laugh. I have raised my Daughter, so it is my time to enjoy life and do things I haven't been able to do. I am very active, but I am not one you will find in a gym. I have a blessed life and have lived in many different places in our great country, as well as other places in the world... People are pretty much the same, just wanting to live their lives and be happy! Most of us are good and decent. God has blessed me with a green thumb and a gift in gardening. Or as I say digging in the dirt, it is my therapy. I also am an avid car fanatic, I used to race cars in high school and yes a little street racing too. I used to be one heck of a mechanic! I contribute my mechanical abilities to my maternal Grandfather, he was not a highly educated man, but that man could listen to any type of vehicle and tell you what was wrong as well as the cure! One of my goals is to learn how to sail and become more familiar with boats. I would consider living on a boat... a very large boat! :-)I have dogs, I am a dog lover! Angel, my Momma dog was recently diagnosed with cushings disease and her health rapidly disintegrated... I lost her September, 22nd. I am grateful I have Knicky, Daddy, and Tosha one of their puppies... she is not a puppy, but I she acts like one. They are Shih-Tzu's or as I say people with fur. So if you are a God fearing, good and decent man that is honest, genuine, attractive and financially stable, is a normal white guy that is at least, 5'-10' or more, (Crazy that that can be offensive to someone!) Independent thinker, politically conservative, not a progressive, informed and educated, a survivor, enjoy a good belly laugh, but never at another persons expense, man of your word, not judgmental, but grounded in your beliefs, appreciates a tomboy or a smart and strong woman :-), TV does not define your life or schedule, see the everyday miracles, want to share your day, dreams and thoughts, and want to know mine as well, let me be me without criticism, be my rock and help me feel safe, enjoy trying craft beer or new wines, always open to trying new things, fixing things and laughing because the "Oh Crap". helping each other be better... First thank you for taking the time to stop by and read my profile. I have a hard time filling these things out. I will add more and change this around as it comes to me. There are so many fakes and scammers here like other sites, fun to read the same exact working when getting messages. Be prepared to be reported as a scammer. Enough said about that.****I have also decided that if you hit the like to meet button then you should also send a message if you are serious about meeting. I have sent icebreaker messages to those that have an never get a reply so wont be doing that any longer. Kind of rude don't ya think? I will reply one way or another. :) ****So I am a little torn on the part that you are supposed to check "NOT LOOKING FOR" I am looking to start out as friends first. I don't act look or feel my age, well most of the time. I like to workout, but don't get to do it as often as I would like being I work too much. I am no barbie, so with that being said if you are looking for the Barbie type. Go to toys r us. lol... Like to swim, go to outdoor festivals, listen to music at home or see live bands play local or national talent. I listen to more rock and roll then anything. Was raised on the 60's 70's & of course 80's hair bands. My older siblings had a wide range of musical taste. From Waylon, Willie, Grand Fund Railroad, Frank Zappa, Led Zepplin, oh my the list goes on. I do like Blues and Jazz. Like going to The French Quarter for some live music and great food! Don't care for rap. Like to hang out with friends having game nights, movie nights or hanging out by the pool.I have tattoos and they are all very tasteful and colorful. I have not posted all my tattoo pics. Basically both of my legs are covered from below the knees down and am now working up. Have one on my back just below the neck line for now. Oh and I would like to ride on the back of a Harley! I am an open book and don't have anything to hide. So if you want to know something just ask me. I will add more as it comes to me.****DISLKIES****Fakes or liars, bad teeth, bad hygene, hair maintenance or as it was put to me recently lawn maintenance. lol.... Those rubber crock shoes, whoever invented those need to be shot! Socks with flip flops or sandals. Are you kidding me? If you are going to wear sandals whats the point? And of course the all time is those that wear horribly oversized clothes and pants off the butt. Oh and not into smokers, dont like the thought of kissing an ashtray. Just nasty. Plus allergic.
