About Me

I enjoy going out with friends listening to bands, or sitting on the beach. No more cold or snow. I work at a florist andI really like going to work believe it or not. I have tried going kayaking and it is really alot of fun even though my first few lessons were called my swimming lessons.- I like to go swimming. and walking for exercise. I tutor children in my spare time and really enjoy people. I would enjoy sitting by the ocean, with a glass of wine, or a cold beer talking and getting to know each other.

Woman. 55 years old. Zodiac sign: Sagittarius.

Looking for: man. In age: 52-62

at this point in my life, I am happy, content, and enjoy my friends and family. I am looking to date, and see where it goes from there with no pressure or expectations. I don't want any added pressure in life or chaos. Life is simple, people complicate it. I enjoy movies, the city, traveling, going to shows, take rides, antique shopping, comedy shows, outdoor concerts, and am pretty much up for anything, bla bla bla. same as everyone else puts down. it is not really what you do, but who you are with. i want enhancement in my life, not control or mean people. you need to be happy with yourself first before you can be happy with someone else. you can't give what you don't have. it doesn't really matter.

Woman. 55 years old. Zodiac sign: Virgo.

Looking for: man. In age: 52-62

I enjoy a LOT of things - touch, having lots of kinds of music around me (mostly country), playing piano, dancing, movies, NHRA, motorcycles, traveling, new experiences, dark chocolate! I truly love riding my Harley- Love being in nature, and green things - plants, lushness, waterfalls, the beach, mountains, a starry night. Also love to read, do all kinds of crafts and handwork, sing, go on road-trips, go to the beach, take walks, see sights (famous and not so famous), and marvel at the things that fascinate someone else. Oh, and I love maps. I love going places I've never been and driving ways I've never been (read: getting "lost"), so I really want to spend time seeing the country again and sharing new places with my daughter...and a special partner.I believe a lot of things can be intimate, and can be very sensually passionate - that's a part of me I truly own. I am pretty optimistic. I suppose we all have our "stuff", but I'm pretty normal...and fun. I'm also pretty honest, but try to remember that something honest need be said only if it's 1) true, 2) necessary, and 3) kind. I'm analytical, introspective, sincere, compassionate, and love clean, funny humor. I love simple, silly things, and my family. Like most people, I suppose, I'd like to think I have a lot of admirable personality traits - like being caring and loyal, resourceful, creative, funny, loving, hard-working, etc., and I am all of those things sometimes…but I'm still a "student“ too. I’m learning more about making a contribution by living life well. We’re here to have fun! I’m spiritual but not religious; and find my strongest resonance with the teachings of "A Course in Miracles" and Law of Attraction. I began an Abraham-Hicks/Law of Attraction study group at our Unity church, and it's great fun! I also teach our young teens at church, which is fun. I'd love for someone to share a spiritual path with, while we're having fun doing the other stuff. I've done a lot of silly things - learned how to decorate cakes, took massage certification training so am pretty good for a decent body/back rub (remember, one must give to receive - have to keep the circle going!), have lived in the mountains and the cities, like to be on the water and don't mind fishing - but I've baited my last hook (well, maybe not), like camping and fancy hotels, and have LOTS of varied interests. In other times I used to be into bodybuilding, and still love lifting, but don't train anymore like that. I am, though, trying to return to being fit. I enjoy most all spiritual and metaphysical books, but also get lost sometimes in murder-mysteries! I love lots of movies - mostly ones that are inspiring or comedies. I can't take the blood&guts movies, but that‘s what “guy time“ is for.I'm interested in finding a fun, warm long-term relationship...or wherever that takes us. Marriage is not out of the question, but not an absolute end-goal. I'm looking for someone who is honest and caring; bright, kind and funny, with an intelligent sense of humor; interested in intimacy; financially stable and confident in who he is. I'd like to spend time with someone doing the things we love to do together (although everyone needs their time alone***for sure riding motorcycles, and sometimes they're quiet things, like reading on the sofa on a rainy afternoon, and sometimes they're more...active things; sometimes it's just going to breakfast on the weekend, working around the house, or a little road trip. And I love surprises and sharing surprises. I love romance/sensuality, but think that anything can be "intimate" if you are loving. I do appreciate the courtesies of a gentleman, and yet enjoy a little bit of bad boy and a little bit of country gentleman. I really appreciate a guy who can fix things or work on cars...my dad raised me with these things and I guess it has hung on. If you've gotten a little extra size over the years, it's fine with me...more to hug, but I still appreciate someone striving for a healthy lifestyle. I'd like to be with someone who has a sense of peace in himself. And he can't be a smoker or much of a drinker, thanks (no judgment - I just can‘t have that in my life). If you have enough confidence in yourself and in the possibility that we’ll have a great time together, I’d love to hear from you! Be brave! It’s worth it, I promise. Something comfortable would be nice - a coffee/tea date, lunch or dinner, or surprise me.

Looking for: man. In age: 48-58

I have a great sense of humor, and love to laugh and be playful. I am not boring; I enjoy all kinds of things and like exploring new things. The more I can be outdoors the better. My crazy thrill seeker days are pretty much behind me... I care about my health and well being (and so should you). I am very into nutrition and natural medicine (not a vegetarian, but eat meat very sparingly). I like who I am, and where I am in my life. I have no interest in trying to recapture any younger version of myself…or capturing a boy toy. I am mentally stable, no meds required. I will continue to be a work in progress learning and growing until the day the good lord is ready to take me home. I am very low maintenance to date…I don’t need to be wined and dined (although I do enjoy my wine) or bought flowers, jewelry, candy, and expensive gifts. I am happiest just being in good company enjoying an activity, relaxing, laughing, and having good conversations. I prefer preparing a meal at home, and/or making it to go...but the patio works to :-)I want to find the right person for a lasting relationship, but I believe a healthy relationship with the substance to last takes time and patience, and really getting to know each other. My match will be strong and self-confident enough not to be put off by a woman that doesn't exactly personify damsel in distress. I can take care of myself but would prefer it if we took care of each other. I am a Christian, and my faith is unwavering. We will have enough in common to keep our relationship strong, but also have our own time to enjoy our friends and interests that we don’t share. We will for the most part be in the same place in life and want the same things. I don't count the first short meet and greet to see how much we actually match our profiles a first date.A first date would be some kind of activity that we can enjoy while we get to know each other. Preferibly something outdoors. I am sure we can come up with something that will make us both feel comfortable and relaxed.
