Greetings friend,I am a certified yoga teacher now with my certification in therapeutic yoga. As a practicing Zen Buddhist, meditation and right living are very important. I am a writer-of-all-sorts. I enjoy many kinds of music from the Grateful Dead to shakuhachi flute to Kirtana to, well, I am open minded to all music. What makes me unique is that I am just me! To find out who I am, meet me for coffee or tea or a walk by the ocean or a yoga class. My goals and aspirations are to be kind, use skillful means (also called manners) to make relationship with all beings. I truly believe that whenever you argue with reality you suffer. For a first date, I would opt for the casual approach. Possibly a walk, going for coffee, getting to know one another through honest open communication.
