I know I have a lot to give to the right person, I have a warm, kind and generous heart and passionate to those I love and care about. I love Baseball, football or any and All sporting events, especially going to Rays games, I LOVE SPORTS! I so love being with family. I love the beach at sunset and "pool-side" too. I have a 16 year old son that lives with me most of the time and an 20 year old daughter who is going to nursing school and is staying with me until she is done at the end of this year... They have helped me so much recently during a very difficult time for our family and they mean the world to me and I am proud of both of them and surround myself with them when I can... I'm a news junkie and love talking about what's going on and worldly events and my passion is cooking. I am a huge animal lover of all kinds and have cats. If I could I'd be a chef in my house of pets:) If you hunt or think hunting is OK, we would not be a good fit at all.... I am 5’7”, weigh ***lbs and I look exactly like my photos. I am very health conscious, eat smart and work out daily, it's important to me and I know and believe it is the key to health and looking for the same in a companion! I'm a little of a health and fitness nut but not a fanatic. I have just added running at night to my routine and I love it and I'm hooked!! I will be taking any new relationship slowly for many reasons. I am going to be patient, no matter how long it takes, and will find the right one for me. I'm here to find a fun, spirited and loving companion in my life and I'm now a very firm believer that I will know if it's the right person for me and everything else will just fall into place. I am also looking for someone close to my age, preferably ***ish) and taller than me, again just personal preference and I'm attracted to the shaved head-body- fit -look, especially at this age....Attraction and chemistry to me are much more important than money and materialism. Please be honest about your HEIGHT, AGE and BODY TYPE! There is no worse turn off when a man lies about himself and if you are sincerely looking for a relationship, why lie? I don't lie and I will not start out that way! .. I like a man that is POSITIVE, HONEST, PATIENT, SUPPORTIVE, witty and passionate about what he wants in his life. His family is a priority to him. If you travel extensively, unless on business, we won't work... I want someone in my life that wants to be with me as much as I want to be with him but allows us both to have our own lives too because I think having that balance and personal space is important in our lives and relationships as well. I have dated from the extreme "aloof" to the "obsessive/ suffocating" type and it would be nice to find someone with that "middle-ground" capability. I want that one person I look forward to seeing again, just can't wait to be around, makes me laugh and feel I am wanted, loved and cared about, won't lie to me and leave me behind and always wondering, and most of all, I just want to feel and be happy, to have peace and enjoy what life is all about!...     It is important to me that you would at least share an interest in snow skiing...it is one of my primary passions. I have always been active in sports and the outdoors, and have been blessed with a healthy body. I watch what I eat, and must work out regularly, practice yoga, snow ski, fly-fish, kayak, raft, golf, water ski, or I don't feel well mentally, spiritually, and physically. I have snow skied and fly-fished since I was a kid, and have recently taken up kayaking, and white-water rafting. I find god in nature, not in a church. Yoga has become a daily practice and has developed into a spiritual practice as well. Constantly learning and am open to trying new things. I am still a signature member of the National Watercolor Society, and the Transparent Watercolor Society. Would be interested in meeting a man who loves the outdoors, but also enjoys the cultural side of life. I love all types of cuisines and especially like Thai. I am not much of a TV watcher, and am contemplating cancelling my cable. Please I am not attracted to beards, mustaches, or long hair - I like a clean cut and well groomed man.I have been reluctant to comment on a particular re-occurring phenomenon, i.e., where I meet someone for a ***hours in a coffee shop or restaurant and the next request for a date is a camping trip, a stay in a hotel, or an invite to your house; however, I feel I must clarify my position. While I realize there are women out there who will agree to this particular behavior, I WILL NOT no way. Don’t waste my time or yours.     YES we are all looking for PERFECT….BUT, what is really perfect??? I have discovered over time that what I thought was perfect in my giddy 20's is definitely not defined as perfect to me today. Ultimately, my perfect match would be someone who I could sit beside and do absolutely nothing, yet feel perfectly happy. Life's lessons and experiences as well as maturity sure change that. I have had experiences and have lived enough of my life to know what I want. I am not looking for a relationship just to fill the void. I definitely like affection and give it in return, easy going. I am independent and pretty self-sufficient, but I am definitely NOT the feminist. I'm fairly laid back, patient. I am not pretentious or high maintenance. I am soft spoken but definitely NOT the push over. I can get my nails dirty without having a coronary. I am NOT the Barbie girl; meaning I do not fit into the "slender or athletic and toned category". I am a little fuller-figured; basically….I am Woman…I have 3 boys; 2 who are grown and married and the youngest will graduate high school this school year. He lives with dad. My daughter passed away this past year, just a month shy of her 27th birthday. It was definitely the worst time in my life. I can definilty say that I am not over it...never will be...BUT..life moves forward...one day at a time....I have one grandchild who is absolutely my “little guy”. YES grand parenting is a wonderful thing. If you have kids I am OK with that even if they are still at home. I will respect the relationship you have with your kids and family as well as you with mine. I enjoy the outdoors and have diverse interests. I am a Christian, I enjoy the country, sports, both college and professional, not a golfer but would love to learn and join you or just drive the cart; I really enjoy working in the yard, planting new flowers for the season, enjoy fishing, hunting, camping, motorcycles, water, beach, mountains to theater, music, or just grilling out and being with family and friends, nice quiet night in with some wine or other beverage and just enjoying time together. Something casual, a public venue where we can both be comfortable, chips salsa, a beer, margarita, coffee. Where we can talk and get to know each other without having to shout over the noise.
