I am a passionate person who is looking for a strong man to share those passions with. I thought that I would be at a different point by this time in my life but perhaps I need to be a bit more proactive....Family is extremely important to me and I love my family very much. So it is important that the one that I'm with have that strong sense of family, I regard my friends in this way as well.I am fun loving and adventurous and enjoy a reason to celebrate! I enjoy outdoor activities, or just hanging at home for a quiet night. I enjoy being the life of the party and enjoy meeting new people. I have recently started on a path to self discovery and am focusing on being the very best version of myself I can be. I am into yoga and have started the couch to 5K training program. I am signed up for my first ever 5K race and will be participating in the Color Run in July! I am getting really excited about change and what the future has in store for me, just looking for that one person to share it with!Laughter is the key to maintaining sanity, and not taking things too seriously. And I believe a smile is one of the sexiest things a person can wear! I love kids and they are a big part of my life, whether it be my students or the awesome children of my friends and family. I am ready to be serious and find a partner who is looking to share in a commitment to the next chapter of our lives together.Update: After running my first 5K I am signed up for a 10K in September, so on to training for that one. And I had the most amazing expierence of my life, jumping out of a plane for my birthday!10K was a complete success! And I set PR's in just about every category!.... Not bragging, just super proud of pushing myself as hard as I could! I guess I am officially a runner now! :) An ideal first date would be getting to know each other in a laid back setting by doing something active, interesting, or creative, so that it takes the pressure off a bit.

    I'm currently starting a new phase in my life. I am working in group homes with disabled individuals with psychiatric diagnoses as well while I study for my licensing test to become a certified Counselor.
